高中生生涯规划教育实施策略研究

【摘要】：高中阶段是人生发展的一段重要里程。如何在这个阶段设计好自己未来的角色与实施规划,对其一生有着重要影响。目前,生涯规划教育虽然在高中学校开展了,但并未受到应有的重视,在实施策略上仍很单一。本研究在对高中生生涯规划现状进行分析的基础上,从课程引导、导师指导、自我教育、同伴互助、家校合作五个角度提出了促进高中生生涯规划发展的策略。
[Abstract]:High school is an important milestone in the development of life. How to design their future role and implementation plan in this stage has an important impact on their life. At present, although career planning education has been carried out in high schools, it has not received due attention, and its implementation strategy is still very single. Based on the analysis of the current situation of high school students' career planning, this study puts forward the strategies to promote the development of high school students' career planning from five angles: curriculum guidance, tutor guidance, self-education, peer mutual assistance and home-school cooperation.
