初中化学分层作业设计策略对学生学习效果的影响

【摘要】:初中化学作为初中生的一门新课程,让学生系统地认识化学并掌握基本的实验技能是课程的重要任务。课后作业作为教学的辅助,是课堂的有效承载和延伸,也是将课堂知识及时内化,转化为技能,从而深化课程的情感态度价值观目标的有效手段。同时,教师可以根据有效的作业的反馈灵活把握课堂。因此,家庭作业也是教学活动中很重要的一个环节。本论文是立足于一线初中化学课堂,研究如何减轻中学生化学作业负担并同时提高作业质量的方法。通过了解不同层次学生的学习情况和学习需求,编制合理有效的分层作业,有针对性地解决中学生作业负担重的问题。在研究中,选取了内蒙古包头市包钢第三中学九年级的2个班为研究对象,其中4班是实验班,11班是对照班。研究主要有以下几个重要步骤:(1)访谈一线初中教师,了解不同教师及不同学科教师对于本次研究的看法和意见,同时,调查初中生总的作业负担及化学作业的负担;(2)将学生分层,设计编制对应的分层作业,实施分层作业;(3)分层作业实施一段时间后,进行访谈及问卷调查,调查学生对于本作业策略的看法;(4)进行测试,通过前后两次成绩的对比,明确本作业策略对学优生、学中生、学困生学习效果的影响。通过本研究可以看到,分层作业是有效的。它不仅培养了不同学生的化学思维能力,提升了学生对于化学的兴趣。也同时促进了一些化学后进生的转化,通过分层作业,他们逐渐打下了坚实的化学基础,增强了学好化学的信心。最终体现了新课程以学生为本,因材施教的理念。
[Abstract]:As a new curriculum for junior middle school students, it is an important task for them to systematically understand chemistry and master basic experimental skills. As an auxiliary part of teaching, homework is an effective bearing and extension of the classroom, and it is also a timely internalization of classroom knowledge into skills, thus deepening the emotional attitude and value goals of the curriculum. At the same time, teachers can flexibly grasp the classroom according to the feedback of effective homework. Therefore, homework is also an important part of teaching activities. In this study, two classes of grade 9 in Baotou No.3 Middle School of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, were selected as the research objects. Four classes were experimental classes and 11 classes were control classes. Suddenly: (1) interview the front-line junior middle school teachers, to understand the views and opinions of different teachers and teachers of different disciplines on this study, at the same time, survey the total homework burden of junior high school students and the burden of chemical homework; (2) stratify the students, design and compile corresponding stratified homework, implementation of stratified homework; (3) stratified homework after a period of time, interview Talking about questionnaires and investigating students'opinions on this homework strategy; (4) Conducting tests and comparing the results before and after the two tests to make clear the effect of this homework strategy on the learning effect of students with excellent learning ability, students with learning difficulties. At the same time, it also promotes the transformation of some Underachievers in chemistry. Through layered homework, they gradually lay a solid foundation in chemistry and enhance their confidence in learning chemistry well. Finally, it embodies the concept of student-oriented and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in the new curriculum.
