西安市中小学生基本运动能力及功能性动作评价的研究
[Abstract]:This paper takes the primary and middle school students in Xi'an as the main research object, mainly using the methods of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and so on, to test the students' sports ability and functional action mode. It realizes the unification of the evaluation standard of different students' participation in sports ability, finds out their own superiority sports ability, improves their own inferior sports ability, and makes the sports ability develop in an all-round way. It provides a reliable reference basis for students to choose the way to participate in sports, and also provides reference value for the setting of physical education health curriculum and extracurricular activities in the relevant educational departments. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The functional movements affecting the long jump quality of primary and middle school students are straight knee lifting and hurdle walking, which should be practiced more in the sensitive period of young students' jumping quality to improve their inferior ability. 2. The functional action modes that affect the students' performance in sit-ups are the stable and rotational action modes of the trunk, and the control ability of the human body is very high. Requires that the development of the quality of the sensitive period to increase the physical stability of the exercise. 3. The functional movement modes that affect the speed and movement ability of primary and middle school students are shoulder flexibility, body rotation stability, hurdle walking mode, upper limb arm swing amplitude and shoulder joint flexibility, which have great influence on speed achievement. Lower limb squat strength has little effect on speed. 4. The most important functional movement patterns affecting the endurance quality of primary and middle school students were forward and backward squat, shoulder flexibility and straight knee lift, while the stable trunk and deep squat had little effect on the endurance ability of long distance. The flexibility or flexibility of the hip and shoulder joints of the lower extremities helps increase the length of long distance running. 5. 5. The functional movement mode which affects the flexibility and quality of body flexion of primary and middle school students is the movement mode of shoulder flexibility and straight knee lift. During the sensitive period of the development of this quality, more exercises should be arranged to exercise the flexibility and flexibility of the shoulder. Increase arm extension and hip flexibility exercises.
