民族民间文化融入学校艺术教育的机制研究——以苗族刺绣为例

【摘要】：苗族刺绣是一种优秀的民族民间文化。然而,苗绣艺术教育却面临着学生学习、课程建设、校企合作和政府管理等诸多难题。本研究采用质化和量化研究相结合的方法,对苗绣艺术教育发展中的突出问题进行分析,并提出相关对策建议:尊重学生个体差异,提供多样化课程选择;整合苗绣课程资源,优化师资队伍建设;完善苗绣校本课程体系,推动课程管理和评价制度改革;加强普通中小学、职校和地方高校间合作,构建苗绣艺术人才培养和发展体系;建立校企合作机制,优化资源配置;发挥政府服务性职能,建立保障、协调与评价机制。
[Abstract]:Miao embroidery is an excellent folk culture. However, Miao embroidery art education is faced with many problems, such as student study, curriculum construction, school-enterprise cooperation and government management. This study adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative research to analyze the outstanding problems in the development of Miao embroidery art education, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions: respecting the individual differences of students and offering diversified curriculum choices; Integrate the resources of Miao embroidery curriculum, optimize the construction of teachers, perfect the school-based curriculum system of Miao embroidery, promote the reform of curriculum management and evaluation system; Strengthen the cooperation among ordinary primary and secondary schools vocational schools and local colleges and universities to build up the talent training and development system of Miao embroidery; establish the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises optimize the allocation of resources; give play to the government service function establish guarantee coordination and evaluation mechanism.
