区域基础教育治理现代化的现实路径

【摘要】：将"治理"与"现代化"联系起来,从"管理"走向"治理"是一个崭新的时代命题,不仅是治国方略的重大转型,而且是基础教育政策的根本改变。文章以广东省为例,分析区域基础教育治理现代化的背景和内涵,着重阐述基础教育治理现代化的现实路径,以期为基础教育治理现代化提供参考。
[Abstract]:Linking "governance" with "modernization" from "management" to "governance" is a new proposition of the times. It is not only a major transformation of the general plan of governing the country, but also a fundamental change of the basic education policy. Taking Guangdong Province as an example, this paper analyzes the background and connotation of the modernization of regional basic education governance, and emphasizes on the realistic path of the modernization of basic education governance, in order to provide a reference for the modernization of basic education governance.
