基础教育课程国际化的比较研究——澳大利亚“亚洲战略”与我国“非洲战略”的思考

【摘要】:随着全球化时代的到来,国际交流日益频繁,基础教育课程国际化改革服务于国家战略需要已成为世界各国的共同趋势。澳大利亚为确保其在亚洲世纪中的利益最大化,在基础教育课程变革过程中,力图通过学科内容渗透亚洲元素,开展主题教学活动和专门开设亚洲语言课程等举措服务其"亚洲战略"。而进入新世纪以来,中非关系在各领域快速发展,但如何加强国人对非洲的了解,增进与非洲的交往是我国"非洲战略"面临的主要挑战。澳大利亚基础教育课程在服务国家"亚洲战略"方面的经验值得我们研究和借鉴。我国基础教育课程可以通过在学科内容中渗透非洲元素、开展有关非洲文化的主题活动、在基础教育阶段开设关键外语选修课程、加强中非双方在基础教育领域的互动与交流等措施,有意识地为我国的"非洲战略"提供对接和支撑。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of globalization, international exchanges become more and more frequent. The internationalization reform of basic education curriculum has become a common trend in the world. In order to ensure its maximum benefit in the Asian century, Australia tried to infiltrate the Asian elements through the subject content in the course of the basic education curriculum reform. Initiatives such as thematic teaching activities and specialized courses in Asian languages serve its Asia Strategy. Since the beginning of the new century, China-Africa relations have developed rapidly in various fields. However, how to strengthen the understanding of Africa and enhance the communication with Africa is the main challenge of China's "Africa Strategy". The experience of basic education courses in serving the country's Asian strategy is worth our study and reference. The basic education curriculum in our country can open up elective courses in key foreign languages in the basic education stage by infiltrating the African elements into the subject content and carrying out thematic activities on African culture. To strengthen the interaction and exchange between China and Africa in the field of basic education, and to provide the docking and support for China's "African Strategy" consciously.
