中小学教研组文化建设的当代趋向与提升策略研究

【摘要】:教研组是中小学进行教育教学理论与实践研究的基层组织,是促进教师专业成长的发展平台,是开展教研活动的教育场所。随着新课改的不断推进,教研组被赋予了新的时代意义,传统的教研组建设模式已不能满足现实需要,从文化层面探讨组织内部建设能够从本质上找到其建设的内在之根,探寻与思索文化建设道路能够有效地改善传统教研组发展运行的弊病。可见,从文化深处探寻教研组建设路径是学校变革的内在驱动力,加强教研组文化建设是学校建设的重中之重。本文主要分为三个部分,第一部分主要是对教研组文化进行理论解读,包括其内涵及理论基础。同时,梳理了国内外有关教研组建设的早期经验。在第一部分的基础上,第二部分基于理性思考与实践调研的分析,探讨“教研组文化”的当代转型的可行性、必要性及其价值。实践调研中,以本省为例,笔者通过问卷调查,实地拜访,对部分中小学展开调查,对当前教研组建设现状进行实证研究,并列举出两所学校优秀教研组关于文化建设的典型案例,以期凸显从文化层面进行组织内部建设的现实意义。第三部分是通过对前面调查结果以及现实状况的整理、反思与研究,综合理性思考与理论依据,在分析教研组文化当代趋向的具体表现下,整理出推进组织内部文化建设的提升策略,希望能为教研组文化建设提出一些实践性建议。
[Abstract]:Teaching and research group is a basic organization for the theoretical and practical research of education and teaching in primary and secondary schools. It is also a platform for the development of teachers' professional growth and an educational place for carrying out teaching and research activities. With the continuous development of the new curriculum reform, the teaching and research group has been given a new significance of the times. The traditional construction mode of the teaching and research group can no longer meet the needs of reality. From the cultural level, it is discussed that the internal construction of the organization can find the inner root of its construction in essence. Exploring and pondering over the way of cultural construction can effectively improve the disadvantages of the development and operation of traditional teaching and research groups. It can be seen that exploring the path of teaching and research group construction from the depth of culture is the internal driving force of school reform, and strengthening teaching and research group culture construction is the most important part of school construction. This paper is divided into three parts, the first part is the theoretical interpretation of teaching and research group culture, including its connotation and theoretical basis. At the same time, combing the early experience of teaching and research group construction at home and abroad. On the basis of the first part, the second part discusses the feasibility, necessity and value of the contemporary transformation of "teaching and research group culture" based on the analysis of rational thinking and practical investigation. In the practical investigation, taking this province as an example, the author conducts an empirical study on the current situation of the construction of the teaching and research group through questionnaires, field visits, and investigations into some primary and secondary schools. In order to highlight the practical significance of the internal construction of the organization from the cultural level, the typical cases of the excellent teaching and research groups in the two schools are cited in order to highlight the practical significance of the internal construction of the organization. The third part is through the former investigation result and the reality situation collation, the reflection and the research, synthesizes the rational thinking and the theory basis, under the analysis teaching and research group culture contemporary tendency concrete performance, This paper puts forward the promotion strategy of promoting the internal culture construction of the organization, hoping to put forward some practical suggestions for the cultural construction of the teaching and research group.
