苏州工业园区“一校一品”体育特色发展现状与对策

【摘要】：2003年起,苏州工业园区开始提出了“一校一品”的发展思路。所谓“一校一品”,即每个学校根据自身的特点与优势,重点选择、发展一项体育训练项目,兼顾其他体育项目,通过园区教育局和苏州市体育局提供的专家积极指导,将这个项目在学校里做优、做强,并形成一定的特色,在整个工业园区乃至苏州市独树一帜。而如何让“一校一品”体育特色在新的历史时代中发展的更快更好,是现在迫切需要研究的问题。本论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等研究方法,对苏州工业园区中小学校的开展模式、师资状况、资金来源、场地设施、项目分布、满意度以及取得成效方面的开展以及存在的问题进行深入的研究与分析。研究认为,苏州工业园区中小学“一校一品”的开展要因地制宜、因人而异、因校制宜,形成自己的特色,要充分利用学校体育课堂、大课间以及阳光体育锻炼的时间,同时不断进行延伸,保证开展;同时还要选择适合自己学校发展的体育特色项目,聘请相应专业运动员来本学校担任专任体育教师,完成专项体育教学及组织本学校体育教师进行专业培训。教育局的资金支持,学校的资金保障,为本校开展“一校一品”体育特色的开展创造了良好的条件,完善的硬件设施是园区发展“一校一品”体育特色的基础和保障。苏州工业园区中小学“一校一品”发展对策是:1、行政推入,做好后盾;2、搭建平台,树立品牌;3、强化专业,做好保障;4、家校合作,充分渗透;5、社会扶持,校外合作。
[Abstract]:In 2003, Suzhou Industrial Park began to put forward the "one school, one product" development ideas. The so-called "one school, one product" means that each school, according to its own characteristics and advantages, focuses on the development of a sports training project, taking into account other sports items, and actively instructs the experts provided by the Education Bureau of the Park and the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Sports. This project is unique in the whole industrial park and Suzhou. However, how to make the sports characteristics of "one school, one product" develop faster and better in the new historical era is an urgent problem to be studied. This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, interview and so on, to study the development mode, teachers' status, funding source, site facilities, project distribution of primary and secondary schools in Suzhou Industrial Park. Further research and analysis on satisfaction and achievement and existing problems. The study believes that the development of "one school, one product" in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou Industrial Park should be tailored to local conditions, vary from person to person, and form its own characteristics. It is necessary to make full use of the time of school physical education classes, large recess and sunshine physical exercise. At the same time, continue to extend to ensure the development; At the same time, it is necessary to select the sports characteristic items suitable for the development of our school, to hire the corresponding professional athletes to serve as full-time physical education teachers in our school, to complete the special physical education teaching and to organize the physical education teachers of our school to conduct professional training. The fund support of the Bureau of Education and the fund guarantee of the school have created good conditions for the development of the sports characteristics of "one school, one product" in our school. The perfect hardware facilities are the foundation and guarantee for the park to develop the "one school, one product" sports characteristic. The countermeasures for the development of "one school, one product" in Suzhou Industrial Park are as follows: (1) administrative pushing in, doing a good job of backing up; (2) setting up a platform and establishing a brand; (3) strengthening specialty, doing a good job of ensuring; (4) cooperation between home and school, full penetration; 5. Social support and outside-school cooperation.
