解决高中数学课堂上学生主体性发挥现存问题的教学模式探究

【摘要】:现代社会需要创新型人才,而主体性教育的最高目标就是学生创造性的发展。所以,对高中生主体性的培养已成为现代教育的主要任务之一。笔者根据自己的实习经历、问卷调查以及对主体性问题的文献研究,以现代教育理念如高中数学课程标准提出的新理念,与有关主体性的理论和原则为指导,分别从教师和学生的角度对高中数学课堂学生主体性发挥存在的问题进行研究。本文分六个章节。第1章对该课题的研究做出较全面的介绍;第2章对学生主体性的定义做出界定,并从高中数学课程标准、现代教育理念、现代教学方法改革的特征中总结出学生主体性的具体体现;第3章是该研究的理论部分,笔者分别从哲学、教育、心理三个领域里归纳总结出部分主体性理论,对本文的研究具有指导意义,另外,从书籍和文献中找出与学生主体性相关的原则,对后面调查结果的分析和教学实践都具有重要意义;第4章主要介绍问卷调查的过程和结果分析,笔者通过对数据的整体分析和对比分析,分别从教师和学生两个方面得出启示,并给出相应的建议;第5章根据第4章的调查结果,在原有结论的基础上,进一步给出有利于学生主体性发挥的幸福教学模式,从学生主体性发挥视角下审视幸福教学模式,认为这种教学模式将满足学生主体性的发挥和发展,也将为学生和教师带来幸福感,有利于达到共同幸福的目标。第6章是本文的结语,分析了该研究中存在的不足,简单介绍了笔者对该研究的思考与展望。关于幸福教育的研究已逐步增多,而从学生主体性视角下来审视数学幸福教学,却很少有研究者为之。这将是一种教育思想上的创新,也会给实践教学带来一定的启示。根据以上研究结果,可以获得以下几点思考:为了学生主体性更好地发挥,首先,不仅要从教师的角度做出努力和相应改变,更重要的是要让学生自身意识到自己的主体地位,并产生强烈持久的内部学习动机,促进他们主体能力的发展,同时,需要教师和学生的相互配合和融洽相处来塑造出学生的主体人格。其次,对于学生主体性发挥存在的问题的解决,是一个长期实践的过程,教师需要适时了解学生的变化,不断进行改善。最后,针对不同层次的学生,应有不一样的计划,因材施教的思想对于学生主体性发挥的情况也是符合的,所以,教师既要注重培养出创造性强的学生,也要帮助那些主体意识较弱的学生得到发展,要让学生在学习过程中体验成功与幸福,并帮助学生学会为自己的未来创造幸福的能力。
[Abstract]:Modern society needs innovative talents, and the highest goal of subjective education is the development of students' creativity. Therefore, the cultivation of high school students' subjectivity has become one of the main tasks of modern education. Based on his practical experience, questionnaire investigation and literature research on subjectivity, the author is guided by modern educational ideas, such as the new ideas put forward by senior high school mathematics curriculum standards, and the theories and principles related to subjectivity. From the point of view of teachers and students, this paper studies the problems of students' subjectivity in high school mathematics classroom. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter makes a more comprehensive introduction to the research of this topic; The second chapter defines the definition of students' subjectivity, and summarizes the concrete embodiment of students' subjectivity from the high school mathematics curriculum standards, modern educational ideas, and the characteristics of modern teaching methods reform. The third chapter is the theoretical part of the study. The author summarizes part of the subjectivity theory from three fields of philosophy, education and psychology, which has guiding significance to the research of this paper, in addition, Finding out the principles related to students' subjectivity from books and documents is of great significance to the analysis of the results of the later investigation and the teaching practice. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the process and results of the questionnaire survey, the author through the overall analysis and comparative analysis of the data, respectively from the teachers and students from two aspects to draw inspiration, and give the corresponding recommendations; Chapter 5 according to the survey results of Chapter 4, on the basis of the original conclusion, further puts forward the happiness teaching mode which is beneficial to the development of students' subjectivity, and examines the happiness teaching mode from the perspective of students' subjectivity. It is believed that this teaching mode will satisfy the development of students' subjectivity, bring happiness to students and teachers, and help to achieve the goal of common happiness. Chapter 6 is the conclusion of this paper, analyzes the shortcomings of the study, and briefly introduces the author's thoughts and prospects for the study. The research on happiness education has gradually increased, but few researchers look at mathematics happiness teaching from the perspective of students' subjectivity. This will be a kind of educational thought innovation, will also bring certain enlightenment to the practice teaching. According to the above research results, we can get the following thoughts: in order to give full play to students' subjectivity, first of all, we should not only make efforts and corresponding changes from the perspective of teachers, but also make students realize their subjective status. At the same time, it is necessary for teachers and students to cooperate and get along well with each other to shape students' subjective personality. Secondly, it is a long-term process of practice to solve the problems existing in the development of students' subjectivity. Teachers need to understand the changes of students in a timely manner and constantly improve them. Finally, according to different levels of students, there should be different plans, and the idea of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is also in line with the situation of students' subjectivity. Therefore, teachers should not only pay attention to cultivating students with strong creativity, It is also necessary to help students with weak subjective consciousness to develop, to experience success and happiness in the learning process, and to help students learn the ability to create happiness for their own future.
