语文教师课堂教学中的非言语交际行为研究
[Abstract]:The non-verbal communication behavior in the classroom teaching of Chinese teachers refers to the non-verbal acts that are unique to Chinese teachers in the context of education and teaching, are aimed at students, and are closely related to the language of Chinese teachers for the purpose of communication. In order to solve the problem that non-verbal communication behavior can not play a full role in Chinese classroom teaching in senior high school, this study uses literature research method, questionnaire survey method, classroom observation method, interview method and other investigation and research methods, with the theory of dialogue. Observing the theory of learning and teachers' aesthetics as the theoretical basis, this paper focuses on the following contents: first, the connotation of nonverbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers. Second, the type of nonverbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers. Third, the characteristics of non-verbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers. Fourth, the function of non-verbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers. Fifth, investigate the current situation of the use of nonverbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers, and analyze the factors that affect the nonverbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers. Sixth, put forward the effective promotion strategy of Chinese teachers' nonverbal communication behavior. On the basis of referring to the previous research results, this study attempts to analyze the factors that affect the nonverbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers, and puts forward some strategies for Chinese teachers to improve the nonverbal communicative behavior in classroom teaching. First, we should change the concept and treat the nonverbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers dialectically. Second, make clear the application principles of non-verbal communication behavior of Chinese teachers. Third, master the knowledge and skills of teachers' nonverbal communication behavior. Fourth, adopt a practical and feasible training model of teachers' nonverbal communication behavior. In a word, we should increase the attention of Chinese teachers to non-verbal communication behavior, strengthen the study of the theoretical knowledge of non-verbal communication behavior in classroom teaching, and explore the strategies to improve the non-verbal communication behavior in Chinese classroom teaching. It will be worth our unremitting exploration. I hope this paper can play a role in attracting jade.
