对外汉语教师课堂教学效果评价的个案研究

【摘要】: 随着对外汉语教学的发展,对对外汉语教师的教学水平要求也不断提高。对外汉语教师是中国文化的传播使者,代表着中国的形象,因此,对外汉语教师教学水平的优劣对于对外汉语教学质量有着至关重要的作用。好的对外汉语教师能够关注文化差异,善于交流和沟通,了解留学生的需求,得到学生的认可;相反,一名不合格的对外汉语教师可能就是根本不了解留学生的需求,不懂跨文化差异。所以,留学生评价对外汉语教师是目前对外汉语教师评价的重要手段。然而,目前对对外汉语教师教学质量的评价各个学校各自为政,还没有一个统一而标准的体系。本文针对目前在对外汉语教学评价中存在的问题,通过大量的调查访谈,本着以学论教的现代教学理念,构建了新的教师评价标准。 第一章介绍了本研究所用的相关理论及本研究课题的研究现状,阐述了本文的研究背景研究思路。 第二章介绍了本文研究的理论和现实意义。 第三章介绍了本文的研究内容和研究方法。 第四章对留学生进行了个案调查,分析了学生对教师教学质量评价产生差异的原因,然后提出了相应的对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL), the teaching requirements of TCFL teachers have been improved. Teachers of Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL) are the propagating messengers of Chinese culture and represent the image of China. Therefore, the quality of teaching Chinese teachers as a foreign language (TCFL) plays an important role in the quality of TCFL. A good teacher of Chinese as a foreign language can pay attention to cultural differences, be good at communicating and communicating, understand the needs of foreign students, and be recognized by the students. On the contrary, an unqualified teacher of Chinese as a foreign language may not understand the needs of foreign students at all. Do not understand cross-cultural differences. Therefore, it is an important means for foreign students to evaluate Chinese teachers as a foreign language. However, there is no uniform and standard system for evaluating the teaching quality of TCFL teachers. In view of the problems existing in the evaluation of teaching Chinese as a foreign language at present, through a large number of investigation and interviews, this paper constructs a new evaluation standard for teachers in the light of the modern teaching concept of teaching based on learning theory. The first chapter introduces the relevant theories used in this study and the research status quo of this research topic, and describes the research background of this paper. The second chapter introduces the theoretical and practical significance of this study. The third chapter introduces the research contents and methods of this paper. The fourth chapter makes a case study on the foreign students, analyzes the reasons for the difference between students' evaluation of teachers' teaching quality, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
