地方特色文化融入对外汉语教学的效用探索——以云南特色小吃“饵块”为例

【摘要】：本文尝试把作为云南特色小吃"饵块"应用到对外汉语教学之中,以帮助对外汉语学习者熟悉云南饮食,了解中国饮食文化,提高其文化适应能力和跨文化交际能力。整个教学过程中能看到学生始终都保持着浓厚的兴趣,他们积极完成练习,积极参与到教师的提问和实际动手过程中。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to apply the "bait" as a special snack in Yunnan to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, in order to help foreign language learners familiarize themselves with Yunnan diet, understand Chinese diet culture, and improve their cultural adaptability and intercultural communication ability. In the whole teaching process, we can see that the students always keep a strong interest, they actively complete the practice, actively participate in the teacher's questioning and practical process.
