来华美国留学生对汉语教师的评价标准——以PiB“教学评价”为例

【摘要】：来华留学生对汉语教师的评价受到诸多因素的影响,评价标准有明显的国别特征。PiB汉语项目的美国学生对汉语教师的评价标准,比较集中地体现在四个方面:跨文化的意识和沟通能力;教师的个性魅力;丰富有效的课堂教学方法;职业精神和基本功。有针对性地研究某一国别的留学生对汉语教师的评价标准,这对我们从国别的角度、从学生的角度来思考对外汉语教师应该具备哪些素质会有帮助,对汉语教师的培养培训工作也提供了借鉴。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of Chinese teachers by foreign students in China is influenced by many factors, and the evaluation criteria have obvious national characteristics. It is embodied in four aspects: intercultural consciousness and communication ability, teachers' personality charm, rich and effective classroom teaching methods, professional spirit and basic skills. It is helpful for us to study the evaluation criteria of Chinese teachers by foreign students from a certain country, which is helpful for us to think about the qualities that teachers of Chinese as a foreign language should possess from the perspective of countries and students. It also provides reference for the training and training of Chinese teachers.
