试论对外汉语教材中的文化导入

【摘要】:语言和文化密切相关。语言是文化的表现形式,文化又影响着言语交际。之所以学习语言,一是为了使非母语学习者能够熟练运用语言进行得体的言语交际,二是学习者被语言背后所承载的文化所深深吸引,想通过对语言本身的学习从而能够进一步感知其背后的文化。基于这两种目的,都应该把对于文化因素的教学提到语言教学的主要日程上来,充分的文化内容教学对于语言的教学在一定程度上能够起到促进和深化的作用。 由此,本文从文化与语言的关系入手,以《博雅汉语》为例,围绕教材中的文化因素进行探讨分析,并对教材中的文化导入方式进行了说明。同时,总结了《博雅汉语》教材编写中文化导入方面的不足,旨在为了能够编写出语言与文化有机融合的对外汉语教材提供一点合理的参考。 第一部分是绪论,阐述了论文的研究背景、选题意义以及国内外对文化因素的研究现状。 第二部分是对外汉语文化导入的综述部分,阐释了文化教学的理论基础,并通过总结前人的研究成果加以结合自己对文化导入的认识,探讨了文化导入的方法,以及文化导入的必要性和意义。 第三部分以《博雅汉语》为例,探讨了对外汉语教材中有关文化导入内容的选择以及导入的原则。 第四部分分析了《博雅汉语》中文化因素的编排,参照一定的标准将对外汉语教学中的文化因素进行分类,并分析了语义文化和语用文化在《博雅汉语》各个阶段中所占的比例,并探讨了文化因素在教材中的呈现方式。 第五部分以《博雅汉语》中级篇为例,对中级篇的两本教材中的文化因素进行了详细地分析,探讨了在中级篇中文化内容的选择以及文化导入的策略,试图发现教材中文化导入方面的不足,并对中级对汉语教材中的文化导入提供合理性的建议。
[Abstract]:Language and culture are closely related. Language is the expression of culture, and culture affects verbal communication. The reason for learning language is to enable non-native language learners to use language skillfully for proper verbal communication, and the second is that learners are deeply attracted by the culture behind the language. By learning the language itself, you want to be able to further understand the culture behind it. For these two purposes, the teaching of cultural factors should be raised to the main agenda of language teaching, and the full teaching of cultural content can promote and deepen the teaching of language to a certain extent. From the point of view of the relationship between culture and language, this paper discusses and analyzes the cultural factors in the teaching material, and explains the way of cultural introduction in the textbook, taking the "Boya Chinese language" as an example. At the same time, this paper summarizes the deficiency of cultural introduction in the compilation of the textbook "Boya Chinese", in order to provide some reasonable reference for compiling the teaching material of Chinese as a foreign language which integrates language and culture organically. The first part is the introduction, which describes the research background, the significance of the topic and the research status of cultural factors at home and abroad. The second part is the summary part of the introduction of culture as a foreign language, explains the theoretical basis of culture teaching, and discusses the methods of culture introduction by summing up previous research results and combining their own understanding of culture introduction. And the necessity and significance of cultural introduction. The third part takes Boya Chinese as an example to discuss the selection and principles of cultural introduction in the textbooks of Chinese as a foreign language. The fourth part analyzes the arrangement of the cultural factors in "Boya Chinese", and classifies the cultural factors in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language according to certain standards. This paper also analyzes the proportion of semantic culture and pragmatic culture in all stages of "Boya Chinese", and probes into the way in which cultural factors are presented in teaching materials. The fifth part makes a detailed analysis of the cultural factors in the two textbooks of "Boya Chinese" as an example, and probes into the selection of the cultural content and the strategy of cultural introduction in the middle-level one, and makes a detailed analysis of the cultural factors in the two textbooks of the intermediate-level one. This paper tries to find out the deficiency of cultural introduction in teaching materials, and provides some reasonable suggestions for the introduction of culture in Chinese textbooks.
