高校外语教师教育技术学术能力的培养

【摘要】：教育技术学术能力主要指教师在科研中对教育技术的认知与意识、将教育技术手段及理论与专业学术研究进行整合的能力。本研究以一名外语专业博士生导师为研究对象,通过田野观察与访谈等调查研究方法,探索其对博士生(高校外语专业在职读博教师)教育技术学术能力的培养。研究表明,通过基本技能的训练与夯实、新兴技术的推介与学习、学术共同体的交流与强化、真实任务的参与和反思、及时的评价和鼓励等培养方式,增强了外语教师教育技术的使用意识,促进了外语教师教育技术学术能力的提升。本研究结果对高校外语教师的教育技术培训工作有一定的启发意义。
[Abstract]:The academic ability of educational technology mainly refers to teachers' cognition and awareness of educational technology in scientific research. The ability to integrate educational technology and theory with professional academic research. This study takes a doctoral supervisor of foreign language major as the research object, through field observation and interviews and other research methods. The research shows that through the training and consolidation of basic skills, the introduction and learning of emerging technologies can be achieved through the training and consolidation of basic skills. The communication and strengthening of the academic community, the participation and reflection of the real task, and the timely evaluation and encouragement have enhanced the awareness of the use of foreign language teachers' educational technology. The results of this study are instructive to the education technology training of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities.
