【摘要】：美国非营利性私立大学董事会是以外行治理为主的自我延续组织,在大学领导中处于核心决策地位。作为一种组织系统的私立院校董事会,主要由目标、制度和人员三个要素构成,以一院制为基本结构依托于委员会进行运作,发挥着定位规划、沟通协调以及监督评估等重要功能。就整体而言,美国非营利性私立大学董事会具有信息透明化、运行规范化以及职责明确化等特征,但面对高等教育变革的新形势,其在专业性、参与性以及应对性等方面仍有待加强。
[Abstract]:The Board of Directors of non-profit private universities in the United States is a self-perpetuating organization based on non-professional governance, which is in the core decision-making position in university leadership. As an organizational system, the board of directors of private colleges mainly consists of objectives. System and personnel of the three elements, the basic structure of the unicameral system depends on the operation of the committee, play an important role in positioning planning, communication and coordination, as well as monitoring and evaluation. On the whole. The board of directors of non-profit private universities in the United States is characterized by transparency of information, standardization of operation and clarity of responsibilities, but in the face of the new situation of higher education reform, it is professional. Participation and responsiveness still need to be strengthened.
