卓越教师职前培养的价值取向研究

【摘要】：2014年8月,教育部颁布《关于实施卓越教师培养计划的意见》,标志着我国正式实施卓越教师培养工作。论文在基于卓越教师培养实际上是职前师范生培养的基础上,对卓越教师职前培养的价值取向的现状进行了分析,探讨了卓越教师职前培养的价值取向的合理定位及其实现路径。论文的第一部分分析了卓越教师职前培养的相关政策及实施状况,概括了卓越教师职前培养的工具性价值取向。论文的第二部分主要阐述了卓越教师职前培养价值取向的合理定位。基于人是教育的目的、教育是促进人的生命发展的活动、卓越教师职前培养是起点而非终点以及教师专业化发展的规律,提出卓越教师职前培养应兼顾工具性价值取向与目的性价值取向。论文的第三部分探讨了卓越教师职前培养合理价值取向的实现路径。在培养目标上,要以人为本;在培养标准上,明确卓越教师的培养标准;在培养内容上,兼顾每位学生的多方面发展;在培养结果上,注意培养结果的差异性。
[Abstract]:In August 2014, the Ministry of Education promulgated the opinions on the implementation of the Plan for the training of Teachers of Excellence. On the basis of the fact that the training of outstanding teachers is actually the training of pre-service normal students, this paper analyzes the status quo of the value orientation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. The first part of the paper analyzes the relevant policies and implementation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. This paper summarizes the instrumental value orientation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. The second part of the paper mainly expounds the rational orientation of value orientation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. Education is an activity to promote the development of human life, and the pre-service training of outstanding teachers is the starting point, not the end, and the law of teachers' professional development. The third part of the paper discusses the way to realize the rational value orientation of pre-service training of outstanding teachers. To be people-oriented; On the training standard, it is clear that the training standard of outstanding teachers; In the training content, take into account each student's various development; On the culture result, pay attention to the difference of the culture result.
