【摘要】：调查发现,民办高校校企合作并没有完全摆脱"学校热,企业不热"的困境。但是,不少民办高校凭借其灵活的体制机制,进行了多样化、多途径的校企合作探索,与政府建立良好合作、让企业全面参与教育教学决策、建立企业筛选与学生选拔机制、多种校企合作模式探索等,取得了良好的效果,为其他高校校企合作实施提供了逻辑示范。因此,主动服务企业及区域发展、真正实现校企双主体、完善体制机制、深化校企合作模式,是民办高校有效实施校企合作的应然策略。
[Abstract]:The investigation found that the cooperation between private colleges and enterprises did not completely get rid of the dilemma of "hot schools, not hot enterprises". However, many private colleges and universities have diversified with their flexible system and mechanism. Multi-channel cooperation exploration between schools and enterprises, the establishment of good cooperation with the government, the full participation of enterprises in the decision-making of education and teaching, the establishment of enterprise selection and student selection mechanism, and the exploration of various modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises have achieved good results. Therefore, we should take the initiative to serve the enterprise and regional development, realize the dual main body of the school and enterprise, perfect the system and mechanism, and deepen the cooperation mode of the school and enterprise. It is an effective strategy for private colleges and universities to carry out the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
