应用型院校校企“双主体”育人机制的构建

【摘要】：随着产业结构的调整,社会对应用技术型人才的需求愈发强烈,然而当前应用技术型人才的培养还远远无法满足社会的实际需求。因此,政府已逐渐认识到应用型院校校企"双主体"育人的重要性,制定优惠政策促进校企"双主体"育人工作的开展。文章对应用型院校校企"双主体"育人机制构建的意义进行了探讨,并在分析当前应用型院校校企合作育人机制中存在的问题的基础上,提出了几点针对性的策略,以期应用型院校校企"双主体"育人机制得以完善。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of industrial structure, the demand for applied technical talents is becoming more and more strong. However, the cultivation of applied technical talents is still far from meeting the actual needs of society. The government has gradually realized the importance of "double subject" education in applied colleges and enterprises. The paper discusses the significance of constructing the mechanism of "double subject" education in applied colleges and universities. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the mechanism of cooperation and education in applied colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some targeted strategies in order to improve the mechanism of "double subject" education in applied colleges and universities.
