大学生创业成效影响因素实证研究

【摘要】：关于大学生创业的研究近年来被人所关注。在大学生创业研究领域,当下学者大部分聚焦于创业环境、创业教育、创业意愿,以及这三者的相关的影响方面。对创业成效的研究,我国目前没多少人做过,而采用统计分析的方法来进行实证研究的学术著作则更少。此文整理创业相关的实证与定性分析,将创业意愿、创业环境、个人背景、性格特质四个具有代表性的维度进行详细分析,构建理论框架。并在这之上发放问卷,对已经投入创业的大学生进行访谈,探究创业过程中的各个因素对大学生创业成效的影响。最后,将上述四个维度对于大学生创业成效的影响因素进行分析与归纳,得出如下结论,大学生性格特质中符合企业家精神的某些特质和创业成效正相关；大学生的个人背景更加优渥,其创业成效往往更好；大学生的创业理念、创业目的越坚定,创业成效往往更大；大学生的创业环境越利于创业,创业成效越好。在此结论上,提出了如何改善大学生创业成效的可行性方案,从政策、环境、教育等方面探讨,全面提出改进意见。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research on entrepreneurship of college students has been concerned. In the field of entrepreneurship research, most scholars focus on entrepreneurship environment, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial willingness. And the impact of these three aspects. On the effectiveness of entrepreneurship research, our country has not done many people. The use of statistical analysis of the method of empirical research is less academic works. This article collates the entrepreneurship related empirical and qualitative analysis, entrepreneurial willingness, entrepreneurial environment, personal background. The four representative dimensions of personality traits are analyzed in detail, theoretical framework is constructed, and questionnaires are issued to interview college students who have already invested in entrepreneurship. Explore the impact of various factors in the process of entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial effectiveness of college students. Finally, the above four dimensions for the entrepreneurial effectiveness of college students are analyzed and summarized, and the following conclusions are reached. There is a positive correlation between the characteristics of college students and the entrepreneurial effect. College students' personal background is better, and their entrepreneurial effect is often better; The more firm the entrepreneurial purpose of college students, the greater the effectiveness of entrepreneurship. The more favorable the entrepreneurial environment of college students, the better the entrepreneurial effectiveness. In this conclusion, the author puts forward the feasible plan of how to improve the entrepreneurial effectiveness of college students, and discusses the policy, environment, education and so on. Put forward suggestions for improvement in an all-round way.
