【摘要】：大学生不仅是未来我国人口的主体,更是知识经济时代、创新驱动经济发展阶段必然的主体,他们是引领我国创新创业、经济转型升级并使我国成为创新型经济体的主力军与希望所在。一直以来,就业是民生之本,创业是动力之源,大学生就业创业问题备受社会各界关注。近年来大学生就业难已经成为难以解决的社会问题,各大高校也十分重视就业指导服务工作,纷纷建立起就业服务体系,但是如何完善和改进就业服务体系,提高就业服务质量,促进就业率提升。民办高校作为我国高等教育的重要成员,为我国高等教育由“精英教学”向“大众教学”的转变做出了突出贡献。同时,随着各大公办高校的不断扩招和民办高校的不断创建,使得劳动力市场供大于求,因此高校毕业生尤其是民办高校毕业生就业困难问题成为了大家公认的社会难题。本论文的研究是通过对国内外大量关于高校就业体系建设的相关理论搜集和整理的基础上,结合我国关于大学生就业服务相关政策,具体分析其中的一所民办高校的就业服务现状,以此为研究内容,围绕高校就业服务体系的建设为核心,研究分析,归纳总结,得出结论。论文以郑州成功财经学院为例,通过问卷调查和访谈,获得有效资料,分析学院的就业服务体系构建现状,分析其中存在的问题,有针对性地提出建议和对策。为了使论证更加充分和完善,论文还研究了美国、德国等国外的一些优秀经验,使提出的对策和建议更具有先进性和可行性。
[Abstract]:College students are not only the main body of China's population in the future, but also the inevitable subject of the stage of economic development driven by innovation in the era of knowledge economy. Economic transformation and upgrading have made our country the main force and hope for an innovative economy. All along, employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and entrepreneurship is the source of power. In recent years, the employment difficulties of college students have become a difficult social problem. Colleges and universities also attach great importance to the employment guidance services, and have established employment service systems. However, how to perfect and improve the employment service system, improve the quality of employment service, promote the employment rate. Private colleges and universities as an important member of higher education in China, It has made outstanding contributions to the transformation of higher education from "elite teaching" to "mass teaching". At the same time, with the continuous expansion of enrollment in major public colleges and universities and the continuous establishment of private colleges and universities, the labor market has been oversupplied. Therefore, the employment difficulty of college graduates, especially private graduates, has become a recognized social problem. The research of this paper is based on the collection and collation of a large number of relevant theories about the construction of employment system in colleges and universities at home and abroad. Combined with the relevant policies of employment service for college students in our country, this paper concretely analyzes the present situation of employment service in one of the private colleges and universities, taking this as the research content, focusing on the construction of the employment service system in universities, studies, analyses, summarizes and summarizes, This paper takes Zhengzhou Chengcheng Institute of Finance and Economics as an example, obtains effective information through questionnaire survey and interview, analyzes the present situation of the college's employment service system, and analyzes the existing problems. In order to make the argument more complete and perfect, the paper also studies some excellent experiences of foreign countries, such as the United States, Germany and so on, which make the countermeasures and suggestions more advanced and feasible.
