“微时代”下高校思想政治教育路径研究

【摘要】:随着社会信息技术和数字化信息技术的快速发展,以微博、微信为传播媒介的新兴“微”事物逐渐把我们推入到一个全新的时代——“微时代”。“微时代”的到来对高校思想政治教育来说是“危”与“机”并存,“这是一个最好的时代”,加快推进“双一流”战略和落实“互联网+教育”联动机制为高校思想政治教育工作提供了新的发展机遇,我们要紧抓“微时代”的“机”;“这是一个最坏的时代”,微博、微信等微媒介中充斥的各种消极价值观严重影响了青年大学生健康成长成才,我们要警惕“微时代”的“危”,不断实现高校思想政治教育工作化“危”为“机”。加强和改进高校思想政治工作,事关办什么样的大学、怎样办大学的根本问题,事关党对高校的领导,事关中国特色社会主义事业后继有人,是一项重大的政治任务和战略工程。明者因时而变,知者随事而制,在“微时代”下开展高校思想政治教育,必须运用新媒体新技术使思想政治工作鲜活起来,推动思想政治工作传统优势同信息技术高度融合;必须遵循思想政治工作规律、遵循教书育人规律、遵循学生成长规律,创新高校人才培养模式;必须坚持改革创新,推动内容、方法、载体和手段的创新。因此要积极创新“微手段”、借助“微媒介”、运用“微体系”、创造“微文化”、完善“微管理”、推动“微行为”以及汇聚“微力量”,不断促进受教育者“微自我”的发展,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦培养又红又专、德才兼备、全面发展的合格“圆梦人”。该文基于“微时代”这个大的时代背景为研究基础,紧紧围绕“微时代”下如何更好的开展高校思想政治教育路径这一问题,主要从以下几个方面展开研究:第一部分,对“微时代”的相关背景进行了阐述。包括:研究的背景与意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路与方法,为该文的研究奠定了基础。第二部分,对“微时代”下高校思想政治教育相关理论进行了阐述。包括:“微时代”的界定和特征,“微时代”下高校思想政治教育的新特点以及理论基础。第三部分,对“微时代”下高校思想政治教育现状进行分析。包括:“微时代”给高校思想政治教育带来的机遇与挑战以及“微时代”下进行高校思想政治教育的必要性进行分析。第四部分,对“微时代”下高校思想政治教育理论体系进行重新建构。包括:“微时代”下高校思想政治教育的指导思想、教育理念、教育原则以及教育内容的创新等四个方面进行阐述。第五部分,提出了“微时代”下高校思想政治教育的路径探索。这一部分是该文的重点也是关键所在,针对前面论述的挑战,提出了切实可行的具体措施。包括创造“微文化”、创新“微手段”、借助“微媒介”、运用“微体系”、发展“微自我”和完善“微管理”等六个方面对高校思想政治教育的路径探索进行了阐述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social information technology and digital information technology, Weibo, WeChat is a new "micro" thing for the media, pushing us into a new era-"micro-era". The arrival of "micro-era" is the coexistence of "danger" and "machine" for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, "this is the best." Speeding up the "double first-class" strategy and implementing the "Internet education" linkage mechanism have provided new opportunities for the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. We must grasp the "machine" of the "micro-era"; "this is the worst of times". The negative values filled in micromedia such as Weibo and WeChat have seriously affected the healthy growth of young college students. We should be vigilant against the "danger" of the "micro-era" and constantly realize the transformation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities into "opportunities". Strengthening and improving ideological and political work in colleges and universities concerns what kind of university to run and how to run a university. It concerns the leadership of the Party over colleges and universities, the succession of people to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is a major political task and a strategic project. It is necessary to use new media and new technology to make ideological and political work fresh, to promote the integration of traditional advantages of ideological and political work with information technology, to follow the law of ideological and political work, to follow the law of teaching and educating people, and to follow the law of students' growth. Innovating the training mode of talents in colleges and universities, we must persist in reform and innovation, promote the contents and methods, Therefore, we should actively innovate "micro-means", use "micro-media", use "micro-system", create "micro-culture", perfect "micro-management", promote "micro-behavior" and pool "micro-power", and continue to promote the development of "micromanagement". Focusing on the issue of how to better carry out the path of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the "micro-era", the research is mainly carried out from the following aspects: the first part, This paper expounds the relevant background of "Micro Age", including: the background and significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods, which laid the foundation for the study. This paper expounds the relevant theories of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under "micro-age", including the definition and characteristics of "micro-age", the new characteristics and theoretical basis of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under "micro-age". This paper analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under "micro-age", including the opportunity and challenge brought by "micro-age" to ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education in colleges and universities under "micro-age".
