【摘要】：在政府采购工作实践中,高校采购部门需要把控好几个方面的工作:明确政府采购的实施主体;在准确理解公开招标、邀请招标、竞争性谈判、竞争性磋商、单一来源和询价概念及适应情形的基础上正确选择政府采购方式;规范执行政府采购相关程序,并能切实推进政府采购信息的公开。
[Abstract]:In the practice of government procurement, the procurement departments of colleges and universities need to control several aspects of work: to make clear the main body of government procurement, to understand public bidding accurately, to invite tenders, to negotiate competitively, to negotiate competitively. On the basis of the concept of single source and inquiry and its adaptation to the situation, the government procurement mode should be correctly selected, the relevant procedures of government procurement should be standardized, and the publicity of government procurement information could be promoted.
