基于排序选择模型的我国高校毕业生就业质量分析

【摘要】:基于高校毕业生就业影响因素的统计调查数据构建影响大学生就业质量指标体系,利用有序probit模型对我国大学生就业质量的主要影响机制进行实证分析。结果表明:职业尊重因素对就业质量的影响最为显著,边际效果也最强;工作条件因素对就业质量有显著提升作用;职工培训对就业质量有促进作用,公共职业培训对就业质量影响不显著;工作稳定性因素对就业质量影响较弱。因此,我国在经济稳步增长的同时需匹配培育提升职业文化。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical investigation data of the factors affecting the employment of college graduates, the index system of the employment quality of college students is constructed. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the main influencing mechanism of employment quality of college students by using the ordered probit model. The results show that the professional respect factor has the most significant influence on the employment quality, and the marginal effect is also the strongest. The factors of working conditions have a significant effect on the quality of employment; the training of staff and workers has a positive effect on the quality of employment, but public vocational training has no significant effect on the quality of employment; the factor of job stability has a weak impact on the quality of employment. At the same time of steady economic growth, our country needs to foster and promote vocational culture.
