工程教育专业认证毕业要求达成度的成果导向评价

【摘要】:针对目前高校工程教育专业认证中有关毕业要求达成度评价方法中存在的问题,作者提出成果导向评价构架。该评价构架包括课程考核成绩分析法、评价尺规法和问卷调查法。在建立毕业要求指标点与课程支撑关系前提下,确定课程对毕业能力要求支撑的权重系数;由课程评价中对指标点达成度的评价值及其权值,计算指标点达成度数值,并与目标值进行对比,得到每个指标点的达成度评价结果;综合衡量每个指标点的达成度评价情况,得到基于课程考核成绩分析法的毕业要求达成情况。对于评价尺规法,首先建立评价尺规基本模型,并获取学生对课程支撑的毕业要求的定量评价和样本数据,生成基于样本空间平均分的评价尺规表;根据此样本尺规表,教学指导委员会成员给出评价意见,主讲教师据此进行反馈,写出整改措施。对于调查问卷法,覆盖了在校生、毕业生和用人单位的三方调查问卷在内容上做到了全面性、去主观性以及被调查方的审慎性,获得的结果验证了通过课程考核成绩分析法和尺规评价法所获得的毕业要求达成度。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the evaluation method of degree of achievement of graduation requirements in the certification of engineering education in colleges and universities at present, the author puts forward a results-oriented evaluation framework, which includes the analysis of course assessment results. On the premise of establishing the relationship between graduation requirement index point and curriculum support, the weight coefficient of curriculum support for graduation ability requirement is determined. The achievement degree of each index point is calculated and compared with the target value, and the evaluation result of the achievement degree of each index point is obtained, and the achievement degree evaluation of each index point is synthetically measured. For the evaluation rule method, the basic evaluation model is established, and the students' quantitative evaluation and sample data of the graduation requirements supported by the curriculum are obtained. Based on the average score of sample space, the evaluation gauge table is generated. According to the sample scale table, the members of the teaching steering committee give the evaluation opinion, and the principal teacher gives feedback accordingly and writes out the corrective measures. For the questionnaire method, it covers the students in the school. The tripartite questionnaire between graduates and employers is comprehensive in content, subjective and cautious in nature. The result verifies the degree of achievement of graduation requirements obtained by the method of course examination score analysis and gauge evaluation.
