【摘要】：随着我国生产力的飞速发展,人民的消费水平不断提高。消费作为社会再生产的重要环节,既是为了满足人民的基本生活,更是为了促进人的全面发展。但是,我国目前处于社会转型时期,经济发展过程中仍然存在贫富分化的现象,尤其是在消费领域表现明显。加之西方各种消费思潮的涌入,“消费至上”、“享乐消费”等各种不良消费观念造成人们消费价值观的混乱。贫困大学生作为一个特殊的社会群体,其消费情况不容乐观。一些贫困生受社会不良消费思想的影响,出现了不合理的消费行为。贫困大学生在消费方面出现的问题已阻碍了正常的学习和生活,影响身心的健康发展。因此,我们必须高度重视贫困大学生的消费问题。本文以石家庄市四所高校的部分贫困生和非贫困生为调查对象,发放一定数量的问卷调查,通过对二者的比较,发现贫困大学生的消费问题,并在马克思消费思想的指导下,从多个角度探究贫困大学生消费问题的成因及对策,旨在提高贫困大学生的消费水平,引导其进行健康合理的消费,推动他们成为社会主义事业合格的建设者和接班人。全文共分为四部分:第一部分:消费概论与马克思消费思想。首先,本文从不同的历史时期和不同的学科角度阐述了消费的丰富含义。对消费的含义进行多角度解读后能够更加深刻地理解消费的本质,即促进人的全面发展。其次,只有遵循正确的消费原则,消费才能真正促进人的全面发展。最后,通过分析马克思消费思想的主要内容,认识到马克思的消费思想是站在哲学的高度,以人的解放和发展为目的的科学消费观。该思想为本文研究贫困大学生的消费问题及对策提供了理论依据。第二部分:贫困大学生消费问题的表现。本文通过发放问卷调查的形式,发现贫困大学生的消费问题。调查中发现消费水平偏低的贫困生主要来自农村和西部地区,他们与非贫困生的消费差距很大,而且消费结构也较为单一,这样的消费不利于贫困生的全面发展。与此同时,部分贫困生的非理性消费行为增多,主要表现为盲目从众消费和攀比炫耀消费。这些不合理的消费行为不仅给家庭带来沉重的经济负担,而且严重影响身心的健康发展。第三部分:贫困大学生消费问题的成因。贫困生的消费问题不仅是个人的问题,更是社会问题,本文把贫困大学生的消费问题放在社会大背景下探究其成因。贫困生消费出现问题,既有客观原因,也有主观原因。客观方面:经济发展的不平衡、社会保障体系的不健全和学校资助体系的不完善都加深了贫困生消费的困难程度。社会上不良消费风气盛行和学校教育的不到位成为部分贫困生消费思想出现偏差的重要诱因。而贫困生个人消费心理的不成熟和消费心态的不平和成为出现消费问题的主观原因。第四部分:贫困大学生消费问题的对策。针对贫困大学生消费问题出现的主客观原因,本文在马克思消费思想的指导下,以人的全面发展为根本出发点,从国家、社会、学校、个人四个方面探讨如何全面提高贫困大学生的消费水平,并引导他们树立正确的消费观。本文以马克思消费思想为理论指导,以问卷调查为事实依据,挖掘我国当代贫困大学生出现的消费问题,分析形成的原因,探究可行的对策,倡导社会各界关注贫困生的消费问题,共同努力来帮助贫困大学生提高消费水平,树立正确的消费观,促进身心的健康发展,成为祖国的栋梁之才。
