金裕勋教授师范教育实践研究及启示

【摘要】：金裕勋教授,中国朝鲜族著名的教育家,教育学科专家,知名的社会活动家。为解放战争时期和新中国成立初期的朝鲜族教育的恢复和发展提供了大量优秀人才,为中国朝鲜族师范教育的发展做出了突出的贡献。金裕勋教授的教育实践活动,贯穿于师道学校、民主学院、延边高级师范学校以及延边大学师范学部的发展过程中,金裕勋教授虽然没有系统地提出他的教育思想,但是他的教育实践活动却可以反映出他的教育观,金裕勋教授在其一生的教育事业中,重视师范教育的师范性和民族性；金裕勋教授重视师范生的专业知识教育和教育见习、教育实习；重视师范生的爱国教育；而且爱国、关爱学生、艰苦创业等精神贯穿于金裕勋教授教授师范教育实践活动的整个过程,因此,对金裕勋教授的教育实践活动进行研究,从而发现其教育实践背后的内涵,对于判断金裕勋教授的教育观是很重要也很必要的。金裕勋教授的教育实践活动反映了他的教育观,为新时期朝鲜族师范教育的改革和发展也指明了方向,对中国朝鲜族师范教育的发展有一定的贡献。通过对金裕勋教授教育活动的梳理,本文对他在师道学校、民主学院、延边师范学校、延边高级师范学校以及延边大学师范学部的师范教育实践活动进行了梳理,发现在金裕勋教授的师范教育实践活动中体现出了爱国、关爱学生和艰苦创业的精神；金裕勋教授重视朝鲜族师范教育的民族性、师范性和学术性,而且金裕勋教授重视师范生职业精神培养,重视师范生的教育实习和教育见习都对当前朝鲜族师范教育具有重要的参考和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Professor Jin Yuxun, a famous educator of Korean nationality in China, an expert in pedagogy, and a well-known social activist, provided a large number of outstanding talents for the restoration and development of Korean education during the War of Liberation and in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Professor Jin Yu-xun 's educational practice activities run through the development process of teacher's School, Democracy College, Yanbian Advanced normal School and Yanbian University's normal Education Department. Although Professor Jin Yu-xun did not systematically put forward his educational thought, his educational practice can reflect his educational view. Professor Jin Yu-xun attached importance to the normal and national character of normal education in his lifetime education. Professor Kim Yu-hoon attaches importance to the professional knowledge education and teaching practice of normal school students, to the patriotic education of normal school students, and to patriotism and love for the students. The spirit of hard work and pioneering work runs through the whole process of Professor Jin Yu-xun 's normal education practice. Therefore, the author studies Professor Jin Yu-xun 's educational practice and finds out the connotation behind his educational practice. It is very important and necessary to judge Professor Jin Yu-xun 's educational outlook. Professor Jin Yu-xun 's educational practice reflects his educational outlook and points out the direction for the reform and development of Korean normal education in the new period. By combing the educational activities of Professor Jin Yu-xun, this paper makes a survey of his work in teacher's School, Democracy College and Yanbian normal School. The teacher education practice activities of Yanbian higher normal School and Yanbian University teacher Education Department are combed, and it is found that Professor Jin Yuxun's teacher education practice reflects the spirit of patriotism, caring for students and hard work. Professor Jin Yuxun attached importance to the ethnic, normal and academic character of normal education of Korean nationality, and Professor Jin Yuxun attached importance to the training of professional spirit of normal school students. It is of great significance to attach importance to the education practice and practice of normal students for reference to the current normal education of Korean nationality.
