校企合作、跟踪培养——新入企高校毕业生培养的实践与探索

【摘要】：随着全球能源互联网1的全面构建和我国电力体制改革的加快推进,电网企业将作为市场主体直面严峻的市场竞争考验。当下,企业竞争日益表现为人力资本竞争,在高科技企业尤为突出。电网科研企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须高度重视人才队伍建设。新员工是企业的后备军和生力军,快速提升新员工的能力素质是提高企业核心竞争力、保持企业持久活力的重要手段。如何缩短新进高学历员工的磨合期,快速培养青年专业人才队伍,是电网科研企业亟需解决的问题,也是目前高等工程教育面临的挑战。
[Abstract]:With the overall construction of the global energy Internet and the acceleration of the reform of China's power system, power grid enterprises will face the severe test of market competition as the main body of the market.At present, enterprise competition is increasingly manifested as human capital competition, especially in high-tech enterprises.In order to be invincible in the fierce market competition, grid scientific research enterprises must attach great importance to the construction of talents.The new employee is the reserve force and the fresh force of the enterprise. It is an important means to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise and maintain the lasting vitality of the enterprise to improve the ability and quality of the new employee quickly.How to shorten the running-in period of the newly advanced and highly educated employees and how to train the young professionals quickly are the urgent problems for the grid scientific research enterprises, and are also the challenges facing the higher engineering education at present.
