永不止步的求索——写在“中国特色高等教育思想体系研究”课题结题之际

【摘要】："中国特色高等教育思想体系"课题研究紧紧抓住"中国特色"和"思想体系"两个关键点,注重把握继承和创新、国内和国外、宏观和微观、基础性与应用性等方面的关系,体现全面正面、主流主导、前沿前瞻等研究特色。课题研究成果丰硕,出版专著《中国特色高等教育思想体系论纲》。课题研究成果包括一个总论和十个分论。总论"高教思想60条"是课题研究的核心成果。主要内容为:重新认知高等教育的本质和属性;总结提炼立德树人、全面推进大学素质教育;创新发展理念,构建现代高等教育体系;以改革促发展,构建充满活力的高等教育体制机制;落实教学中心地位,全面提高人才培养质量;提升学术创新能力,引领创新型国家建设;承担社会责任,服务社会经济发展;尊师崇教,建设高素质教师队伍;扩大对外开放,提高国际化水平;完善现代大学制度,推进高等教育治理能力现代化。课题研究的创新体现在:着力完成了中国特色高等教育思想体系的理论建构;梳理了我国高等教育发展的主流思想;阐明了思想观念创新在中国特色高等教育思想体系中的重要地位,进而指明了它们在指导新时期中国高等教育改革和发展所发挥的重要作用。

L ability of academic innovation, leading the construction of innovative country; social responsibility, social services, economic development; respecting Chong teach qualified teachers; and expand opening up, improve the international level; improve the modern university system, promoting higher education governance capacity modernization. Innovation of the research lies in: to complete the construction of higher education thought the system Chinese characteristic theory; combing the mainstream thinking of the development of higher education in China; an important position to clarify the ideological concept of innovation in the ideological system of higher education China characteristics, and then pointed out their important roles in guiding the new period of reform and development of higher education China play.
