基于课后学习权和休息权视角的大学生权利维护

【摘要】：随着时代的飞速发展,学习权已发展成为一项基本人权。通过调查与分析百余名西部某校在校大学生,发现当前该校大学生课后学习权和休息权没有得到较好的保障,主要原因有大学生自身维权意识薄弱、大学管理和服务欠缺、法律制度不健全等。维护大学生课后学习权和休息权应该加强大学生的权利意识教育和道德教育,完善高校管理制度,提升高校服务意识,推进法治建设。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the times, the right to study has developed into a basic human right.Through the investigation and analysis of more than 100 college students in a certain school in western China, it is found that the right to study and rest after class is not well guaranteed at present. The main reasons are the weak consciousness of protecting their rights and the lack of university management and service.An imperfect legal system, etc.To maintain the right to study and rest after class, we should strengthen the right consciousness education and moral education of college students, perfect the management system of colleges and universities, promote the service consciousness of colleges and universities, and promote the construction of rule of law.
