渐进式融合:iSchools背景下美国档案学硕士研究生教育发展状况、趋势及其启示

【摘要】：以2017年《美国新闻与世界报道》(US NewsWorld Report)公布的美国"档案与保护"领域排名前10的院校为研究对象,从研究方向与学位授予权、课程设置、师资力量三方面对美国档案学研究生教育现状进行统计分析。研究结论表明,美国最顶尖的档案学研究生培养方案均隶属于iSchools联盟院校;以iSchools联盟的图书情报学科和信息技术优势为依托,美国档案学研究生教育形成了层次分明的核心课程体系和个性化、针对性的选修课程体系,且均注重培养学生的研究能力与业务实践素养;师资队伍呈现多学科交叉、理论与实践兼顾。作者建议,在掌握美国档案学研究生教育发展趋势的基础上,通过建设具有针对性及多路径的课程体系、探索理论与实践结合的常态化教学模式、打造多元化的教师队伍等路径,逐步提升我国档案学研究生教育水准。
[Abstract]:Taking the top 10 universities in the field of archives and conservation, published by US NewsWorld report 2017, as the research subjects, from the perspective of research direction and the right to grant degrees and courses,This paper analyzes the current situation of graduate education of archives science in the United States from three aspects of teachers' strength.The research results show that the top graduate programs of archival science in the United States belong to the iSchools alliance colleges and universities, and rely on the library and information technology advantages of the iSchools Alliance.The graduate education of archives in the United States has formed a distinct core curriculum system and individualized, targeted elective curriculum system, and both pay attention to the cultivation of students' research ability and professional practice accomplishment.Both theory and practice are taken into account.The author suggests that, on the basis of mastering the development trend of graduate education in archives science in the United States, a regular teaching mode combining theory with practice should be explored through the construction of a targeted and multi-path curriculum system.Build a diversified team of teachers and other paths, gradually improve the level of graduate education in archives.
