【摘要】：研究生教育是为国家培养高级专门人才的教育模式。美国高等教育一直处于世界领先地位,成为各国争相学习的范本。哈佛大学教育研究生院的高等教育学培养出许多世界知名的高等教育改革领导者和学者,高等教育学专业的人才培养模式发展较为成熟。哈佛大学高等教育学的人才培养模式有鲜明的特点,从人才培养目标、人才培养课程的设置到人才培养的实践实习活动上都体现了“应用性”的特点。哈佛大学以为本校、本州以及国家培养高等教育领域精英人才为主要目的进行人才培养方向的设置,促进高等教育的全面发展。文章通过历史发展的角度对哈佛大学高等教育学专业人才培养模式进行深入分析,从而为我国高等教育学专业的发展指明道路,培养出“适销对路”的高等教育人才。本文从以下四方面对哈佛大学的高等教育学硕士生的培养模式进行剖析。第一部分是绪论部分,主要论述了问题的来源、研究意义、概念界定、研究方法和国内外研究文献等。第二部分为历史部分,主要围绕着哈佛大学教育研究生院的简历背景、发展过程以及成熟的体制三方面进行了阐述,高等教育学孕育在研究生院下,蓬勃发展。第三部分是对于高等教育学培养模式进行了深入的剖析,主要包括人才培养目标、人才培养培养规格、专业培养制度、以及评估淘汰制度、人才培养特征、特点等方面进行总结。第四部分则是对我国高等教育学建设的启示和意见,通过学习其他国家先进的教育经验,进行改革。
[Abstract]:Graduate education is an educational model for the training of senior professionals for the country.American higher education has always been in the leading position in the world and has become a model for all countries to learn.The graduate school of higher education at Harvard University has cultivated many world-famous leaders and scholars of higher education reform, and the mode of talent training for higher education majors is relatively mature.The talent training mode of higher education at Harvard University has distinct characteristics. It embodies the characteristics of "application" from the goal of talent cultivation, the setting of talent training curriculum to the practical practice of talent training.In order to promote the all-round development of higher education, Harvard University aims to train elite talents in higher education for the main purposes of the university, the state and the country.In this paper, the author makes an in-depth analysis of the training mode of higher education majors in Harvard University from the perspective of historical development, so as to point out the way for the development of higher education majors in our country and cultivate the marketable talents of higher education.This paper analyzes the training mode of the Master of higher Education in Harvard University from the following four aspects.The first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the source of the problem, research significance, concept definition, research methods and domestic and foreign research literature.The second part is divided into the history part, which mainly focuses on the background, the development process and the mature system of the Graduate School of Education of Harvard University.The third part is the in-depth analysis of the higher education training model, mainly including talent training objectives, talent training specifications, professional training system, as well as the evaluation of the elimination system, talent training characteristics,Characteristics and other aspects of the summary.The fourth part is the enlightenment and the opinion to our country higher education science construction, through the study other countries advanced education experience, carries on the reform.
