新时期高校本科生日常思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育在大学生世界观、人生观、价值观形成过程中有着非常重要的作用。随着经济社会的不断发展,大学生的思想政治状况也在不断发生变化,单纯地课堂思想政治教育已不能满足当前的教育需要,所以在课堂教育之外进行大学生日常思想政治教育就显得十分重要和迫切。而在大学生群体中,与硕士研究生乃至博士生相比较,本科生是大学生的主体,他们的日常思想政治教育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分。新时期以来,高校本科生的日常思想政治教育已初具成效并取得了很多教育经验。随着经济全球化、政治文化多元化的日益发展,以及国内改革开放的不断深入,使得当前大学生面临着文化价值观念的巨大冲击,从而对如今高校本科生的日常思想政治教育提出了新的际遇和挑战。当前形势下,对高校本科生的日常思想政治教育状况进行研究,如何利用大环境,分析其中的优势补足劣势从而提高本科生思想政治教育的实效性,是当前高校本科生思想政治教育中迫切需要解决的课题。新时期我国高校本科生思想政治呈现出思想意识多元化、独立意识强有批判意识、社会责任感和心理承受力弱、沉迷网络缺乏对现实社会的关注等特点;存在的主要问题是理想信仰模糊、价值观念偏离、道德观念滑坡、心理素质脆弱等。日常思想政治教育的总体状况也表现为学校重视不够,各方面投入不足;与课堂思想政治教育联系不紧密;教育方式单一等。日常思想政治教育存在的问题有学生自身社会责任感缺失、多元化价值的渗入、教育功利化倾向明显等。造成这种教育状况的原因是多方面的,如时代背景带来的挑战、学校教育流于形式不够深入、家庭教育配合不够、社会教育缺乏重视与引导等。因此,对新时期高校本科生日常思想政治教育应采取多种措施不断增强其实效性,主要是加强师资队伍建设、发挥学生的主体作用、完善教育主体的评价与激励机制、拓宽教育的传播途径、健全教育的组织管理环境以及充分调动各方力量等。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education plays an important role in the formation of college students'world outlook, outlook on life and values.With the continuous development of economy and society, the ideological and political situation of college students is changing constantly. The pure classroom ideological and political education can no longer meet the current educational needs.Therefore, it is very important and urgent to carry out daily ideological and political education of college students outside classroom education.Compared with graduate students and doctoral students, undergraduate students are the main body of college students, and their daily ideological and political education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Since the new era, the daily ideological and political education of undergraduate students in colleges and universities has been effective and has gained a lot of educational experience.With the economic globalization, the increasing development of political and cultural pluralism, and the deepening of domestic reform and opening up, college students are now facing a huge impact of cultural values.Therefore, it puts forward new opportunities and challenges to the daily ideological and political education of undergraduate students in colleges and universities.Under the current situation, this paper studies the daily ideological and political education of undergraduates in colleges and universities, and how to use the general environment to analyze the advantages and disadvantages in order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of undergraduates.It is an urgent problem in the ideological and political education of undergraduate students in colleges and universities.In the new period, undergraduate students' ideology and politics in our country are characterized by diversity of ideological consciousness, strong critical consciousness of independent consciousness, weak social responsibility and psychological tolerance, and lack of attention to the real society by indulging in the network.The main problems are the ambiguity of ideal belief, the deviation of values, the decline of moral concept, the weakness of psychological quality and so on.The general situation of the daily ideological and political education also shows that the school does not pay enough attention to it, the input from all aspects is insufficient, the relationship with the classroom ideological and political education is not close, and the way of education is single, and so on.The problems existing in daily ideological and political education include the lack of students' own social responsibility, the infiltration of pluralistic values, the obvious tendency of utilitarian education and so on.There are many reasons for this kind of education, such as the challenge brought by the background of the times, the insufficient depth of school education, the insufficient cooperation of family education, the lack of attention and guidance in social education, and so on.Therefore, we should take a variety of measures to enhance the effectiveness of the daily ideological and political education of college students in the new period, mainly to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, to give play to the main role of the students, and to perfect the evaluation and incentive mechanism of the educational subjects.Widen the dissemination way of education, perfect the organization and management environment of education, and fully mobilize all kinds of forces.
