幼师手工制作课程建设研究

【摘要】:手工制作是幼师一项重要的专业课程,手工制作学习将为学生从事幼儿教育打下必备的基础。手工作制课程能提高幼儿动手动脑的实践能力,开发幼儿主动探索的能力,培养幼儿的形象和逻辑思维,激发幼儿的创新意识。养成幼儿不惧困难、认真恒久、独立自主的好品质。因此,中职幼师专业的学生学好手工制作课程具有重要的现实意义。近年来,中职幼师专业的手工课程教学受到了前所未有的关注,幼教机构对从业者美术手工技能的要求也更加多元化。多年的手工课程教学,笔者发现幼师手工课程存在教学手法上手段单一,教学资源没有得到科学整合以及教学内容与岗位需求脱节等问题。面对学前教育美术技能就业要求的提高,怎样有效提升幼师专业手工课教学质量,就成为幼师专业美术教师应该思考的重点,所以既要客观地分析当前现状,也要积极地探索全新的多元课程以及切实有效的教学改革措施。手工制作作为幼师的主要技能之一,也肩负着提升幼师职业素养的重任,因此,探索幼师手工课程改革的同时,一并提高幼师手工技能和职业素养必不可少。本文主要分为六个部分。第一部分绪论对课题的背景、研究意义以及国内外研究现状进行了阐述;第一章是关于幼师手工制作课程的相关理论基础研究,包括幼师及其职业素养的概念,手工制作在学前教育中的重要性研究,最后是手工课对幼师学生能力要求的分析;第二章以青岛市城阳职专为例,对幼师手工课程的现状进行分析,包括手工课程设置现状及教学资源现状的分析归纳,最后通过问卷调查的方式来论证;第三章是本文的重点内容,针对幼师手工课程目前存在的问题,提出相应的实践对策,探索幼师手工制作课程的建设,包括课程标准的设置、教学目标的制定、教学内容的编制以及教学实践的研究;第四章是结语,对手工课程调研和探究过程中的难点,进行了归纳总结;最后附录,教学实例探究,增强幼师手工制作课程建设方案的可操作性。
[Abstract]:Hand-making is an important professional course for kindergarten teachers. Hand-making learning will lay an essential foundation for students to engage in early childhood education.The handwork curriculum can improve children's practical ability of using their brains, develop children's ability of active exploration, cultivate children's image and logical thinking, and stimulate children's innovative consciousness.Develop a child without fear of difficulties, earnest and permanent, independent good quality.Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the students of secondary vocational school kindergarten teachers to learn handmade courses well.In recent years, the teaching of handicraft courses in kindergarten teachers' colleges has been paid more attention than ever, and the demands of kindergarten teachers' art handwork skills are more diversified.After many years of manual teaching, the author found that there are some problems such as the single teaching method, the lack of scientific integration of teaching resources and the disconnection between teaching content and post demand.In the face of the improvement of the employment requirements of preschool art skills, how to effectively improve the teaching quality of handicraft courses in kindergarten teachers' colleges has become the focus of thinking for art teachers in kindergarten teachers' colleges, so it is necessary to analyze the current situation objectively.We should also actively explore new multi-curriculum and effective teaching reform measures.As one of the main skills of kindergarten teachers, handwork is also shouldering the important task of improving professional literacy of kindergarten teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the reform of handicraft curriculum for kindergarten teachers and to improve their handicraft skills and professional literacy at the same time.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction to the background of the subject, the significance of the research and the current situation of research at home and abroad. The first chapter is about the theoretical basis of the handmade curriculum in kindergarten teachers, including the concept of kindergarten teachers and their professional literacy.The importance of handwork in pre-school education is studied, and finally, the analysis of the ability requirements of kindergarten students in handwork course is given. The second chapter takes Chengyang Vocational College of Qingdao as an example to analyze the present situation of handicraft curriculum in kindergarten teachers' colleges.Including the present situation of manual curriculum and teaching resources analysis and induction, finally through the questionnaire to demonstrate; the third chapter is the focus of this paper, aiming at the current problems of manual curriculum in kindergarten teachers, put forward the corresponding practical countermeasures,To explore the construction of handmade curriculum in kindergarten teachers, including the setting of curriculum standards, the formulation of teaching objectives, the compilation of teaching content and the study of teaching practice; the fourth chapter is the conclusion, the difficulties in the process of investigation and exploration of handwork courses,Finally, the appendix and the teaching examples are given to enhance the operability of the curriculum construction scheme for kindergarten teachers.
