高校辅导员在就业教育中的角色定位问题研究

【摘要】:当前,高校毕业生就业制度改革的深入导致就业形势的整体变化。高校辅导员在学生思想政治教育工作与日常生活中肩负组织者和管理者的双重角色,处在学生管理工作岗位的第一线,熟悉学生的情况,是对大学生进行就业教育的最合适人选。在大学生就业教育过程中,辅导员扮演着多重角色,发挥着重要作用。既有优势,又存在一些现实问题,就需要对高校辅导员在大学生就业教育中的角色进行全面认识和正确定位,促进其有效发挥。同时明确对促进其角色有效发挥的现实要求,以促进辅导员在大学生就业教育工作中更有针对性和实效性。正文总体分为四个部分:第一部分:是本文的起点部分,首先从高校辅导员找准在就业教育中角色定位的意义作了阐释,其次分析高校辅导员在就业教育中角色定位偏差的表现及原因分析。通过对当代高校辅导员在就业教育中角色定位的偏差问题进行梳理,对本文研究的背景及可行性进行分析。第二部分:探讨高校辅导员在就业教育中的角色定位依据。首先了解什么是“定位理论”,通过“定位理论”对角色定位有哪些启示与借鉴;其次通过辅导员队伍专业的理论实践对角色定位的影响;最后借鉴生涯发展的理论与实践,进一步分析对高校辅导员角色定位的影响,为后文提供理论基础。第三部分:找准高校辅导员在就业教育中角色的准确定位,是当前高校学生工作的首要任务,通过前文的分析,作者认为高校辅导员在就业教育中应承担学生思想的引导者、政策的宣传者、方法的指导者以及成长中的服务者。明确了高校辅导员在就业教育中的准确定位,是本文的核心部分。第四部分:落实和贯彻高校辅导员在就业教育中角色准确定位的实现。为此,本文提出了形成科学的辅导员队伍建设机制、加强辅导员培训和培养、引导辅导员自主学习和研究、加强辅导员工作基础设施建设等一系列解决办法。对于学校而言,首先要对高校选留辅导员制度进行规范、将考核辅导员制度健全、对辅导员管理模式进行创新以及将辅导员激励方式完善,其次建立以及完善培训体系,最后为辅导员提供充足的条件设施以及稳定的资源投入,建立良好的就业环境,给予辅导员以发展机会,对其热情进行激发;对于辅导员而言,就是要不断地完善自己,培养专业化发展意识、坚定政治立场、提高扎实的知识技能,使其拥有责任意识和事业心,保障高校辅导员在就业教育中角色准确定位的实现。
[Abstract]:At present, the reform of employment system of college graduates leads to the overall change of employment situation. College counselors play a dual role as organizers and administrators in the ideological and political education work of students and in their daily lives, and they are at the forefront of students' management positions and are familiar with the situation of students. Is the most suitable candidate for employment education for college students. In the process of college students' employment education, counselors play many roles and play an important role. With both advantages and some practical problems, it is necessary to comprehensively understand and correctly position the role of college counselors in the employment education of college students in order to promote their effective play. At the same time, the practical requirements of promoting the effective play of their roles are clearly defined, so as to promote the counselors to have more pertinence and effectiveness in the work of college students' employment education. The text is divided into four parts as a whole: the first part is the starting point of this paper. Firstly, it explains the significance of the role orientation of college counselors in employment education. Secondly, it analyzes the expression and reason of the deviation of the role orientation of college counselors in employment education. This paper analyzes the background and feasibility of the research by combing the deviation of the role orientation in the employment education of college counselors. The second part discusses the role orientation of college counselors in employment education. First of all, to understand what is "positioning theory", through "positioning theory" to the role positioning what inspiration and reference; secondly, through the professional theory of counselors to the role positioning of the impact; finally, learn from the career development of the theory and practice, Further analysis of the impact on the role of college counselors to provide a theoretical basis for later. The third part: the accurate orientation of the role of college counselors in employment education is the primary task of college students' work at present. Through the analysis above, the author thinks that college counselors should bear the guidance of students' thoughts in employment education. Policy advocates, methodological mentors, and growing service providers. It is the core of this paper to define the accurate orientation of college counselors in employment education. Part IV: implement and implement the role of college counselors in employment education. Therefore, this paper puts forward a series of solutions, such as forming a scientific construction mechanism for counselors, strengthening the training and training of counselors, guiding counselors to learn and research independently, and strengthening the construction of the work infrastructure of counselors. For schools, first of all, we should standardize the system of college counselors, perfect the system of assessment counselors, innovate the management mode of counselors and perfect the incentive ways of counselors, and then establish and perfect the training system. Finally, to provide adequate conditions, facilities and stable resources for counselors, to establish a good employment environment, to give counselors the opportunity to develop and stimulate their enthusiasm; for counsellors, to constantly improve themselves, To cultivate the consciousness of professional development, to strengthen political stand, to improve solid knowledge and skills, to make them have the sense of responsibility and dedication, and to ensure the realization of the accurate orientation of the role of college counselors in employment education.
