西部高校外智引联型创新团队协同创新策略

【摘要】：为解决长期困扰西部高校科研整体水平低下、高端科研人才匮乏、地区经济持续增长乏力等现实难题,提出外智引联的跨区域多主体新型合作模式。针对当前关于外智引联型创新团队有效开展协同创新的策略研究成果的不足,通过运用SWOT分析法,从整体性视角对外智引联型创新团队协同创新情况进行系统化分析,并分别从政府层面、高校层面、团队层面提出相应的发展策略,以期为西部高校教育水平提升、地区经济持续发展提供决策参考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the practical problems such as the low level of scientific research in western colleges and universities, the shortage of high-end scientific research talents and the weak regional economic growth, a new cross-regional multi-agent cooperation model is proposed. In view of the deficiency of the current research results on the strategy of effective collaborative innovation of the foreign intelligence leading innovation team, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the collaborative innovation situation of the foreign intelligence leading joint innovation team from the holistic perspective by using the SWOT analysis method. And from the government level, the university level, the team level proposed the corresponding development strategy, hoped to provide the decision-making reference for the western university education level enhancement, the regional economy sustainable development.
