民国时期大学教学质量监控的结构及功能

【摘要】:人才培养是民国时期大学作为社会子系统的制度化核心功能,契合着当时社会背景下对人才的需求。为实现人才培养的目标,从政府到学校以规范的形式使教学行为制度化,并在学术权力和行政权力之间做了划分,从而在大学内部架构了一个以教授会、教务处为信息搜集组织,以"校长"、"学长"、"教师"等"关键人物"为调控主体的教学质量监控沟通网络。在合理组织架构之上,教学质量监控发挥了重要功能,保障了民国时期大学教学质量。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of talents is the core function of universities as a social subsystem in the Republic of China, which is in line with the demand for talents under the social background at that time. In order to achieve the goal of talent development, teaching behavior has been institutionalized in a standardized form from the government to the school, and a division between academic and administrative powers has been made, thus setting up a faculty meeting within the university. The Office of academic Affairs organizes the monitoring and communication network of teaching quality with "principal", "senior", "teacher" and other "key persons" as the main body for information collection and communication. On the basis of reasonable organization structure, teaching quality monitoring has played an important role in guaranteeing the teaching quality of universities in the period of the Republic of China.
