协同视角下的大学生学风建设研究

【摘要】：大学生学风建设是一项系统工程,加强学风建设是高校全面提高人才培养质量、推动治理体系和治理能力现代化的内在要求。笔者基于对某高校学生和学生管理者的实证调查,探究大学生学风建设的现状和困境,提出协同视角下的制度协同、主体协同、环境协同和手段协同"四位一体"的大学生学风建设策略。
[Abstract]:The construction of college students' style of study is a systematic project, and strengthening the construction of style of study is the inherent requirement for colleges and universities to improve the quality of personnel training and to promote the modernization of governance system and ability. Based on the empirical investigation on the students and administrators of a certain university, the author probes into the present situation and predicament of the construction of college students' style of study, and puts forward the system coordination and the main body coordination from the perspective of coordination. The environment coordination and the means coordinate "the four in one" the university student study style construction strategy.
