中美高校教师专业伦理建设对比研究

【摘要】：我国高校教师专业伦理建设在外在制度上缺少规范性、情境性和专业性,在内部养成机制上缺少对教师主体性的关注,因此专业伦理建设效果不显著。基于对美国专业伦理规范发展现状的梳理、专业伦理规范的文本分析和专业伦理建设方式的研究,提出通过外在制度与内部养成相结合的方式来加强我国教师专业伦理建设:一方面完善教师专业伦理规范为教师专业伦理建设提供依据和专业支持;另一方面提升教师专业伦理反思力是教师专业伦理建设的根本。
[Abstract]:The construction of professional ethics of teachers in colleges and universities in our country is lack of standardization, situational and professional in external system, and lack of attention to teachers' subjectivity in the internal formation mechanism, so the effect of professional ethics construction is not remarkable. Based on the current situation of the development of professional ethics in the United States, the text analysis of professional ethical norms and the study of the way of professional ethics construction, In this paper, the author puts forward how to strengthen the construction of teachers' professional ethics through the combination of external system and internal cultivation: on the one hand, to perfect teachers' professional ethics norms to provide the basis and professional support for teachers' professional ethics construction; On the other hand, improving teachers' professional ethics reflection is the foundation of teachers' professional ethics construction.
