陕西省民办高校本科教学质量报告现况研究

【摘要】:为提高人才培养水平,我国提出本科教学质量报告发布制度。2010年以来,关于本科教学质量报告的研究越来越多,积累了相关理论与实践经验。但我国本科教学质量报告发布历史不长,报告文本还存在各种各样问题,需要我们进一步的学习和研究。陕西省是我国高等教育强省,通过对陕西省民办高校教学质量报告的研究,有助于积累我国民办高校教学质量报告编写及发布经验。论文在高等教育质量保障理论、高校信息公开化理论、高校执行力理论基础上,采用比较分析的方法,集中对陕西省21所民办高校2012、2013、2014三年的本科教学质量报告文本分析研究。通过对质量报告搜集情况及文本内容中师生及教学情况、教学建设与改革、创新创业教育、教学质量保障体系、特色教育和需要解决的问题六大模块全方位的比较分析,发现陕西省民办高校发布的教学质量报告具有发布时间的限时性、发布路径的分散性、篇幅的差异性、培养人才的地域性等特点。同时,陕西省民办高校本科教学质量报告存在发布路径的隐蔽性及发布时间的限制性;报告文本内容存在凸显成就,回避问题的倾向等问题。随后笔者将陕西省21所民办高校与陕西省7所“211”大学2013、2014两年本科教学质量报告分析比较,发现“211”大学与民办高校质量报告存在共同的问题。分析了存在问题的原因,如受我国现有高等教育管理体制的影响;缺少第三方教育评估机构的监督等。在分析问题产生原因的基础上,提出改进民办高校本科教学质量报告的建议,试图达到提高民办高校本科教学质量报告发布水平的目的。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the level of talent training, our country put forward the issue system of undergraduate teaching quality report. Since 2010, there have been more and more researches on undergraduate teaching quality report and accumulated relevant theoretical and practical experience. However, the history of our country's undergraduate teaching quality report is not long, and there are still various problems in the text of the report, which need our further study and study. Shaanxi Province is a strong province of higher education in China. The study on the teaching quality report of private universities in Shaanxi Province is helpful to accumulate the experience of compiling and publishing the teaching quality reports in private colleges and universities in China. On the basis of the theory of higher education quality assurance, the theory of university information openness and the theory of university executive power, this paper adopts the method of comparative analysis to analyze and study the text of the undergraduate teaching quality report of 21 private colleges in Shaanxi province from 2012to 2013to 2014. Through the analysis of the collection of quality reports and the contents of the text, the teachers and students and the teaching situation, the teaching construction and reform, the innovation of entrepreneurship education, the teaching quality assurance system, the characteristic education and the problems that need to be solved, It is found that the teaching quality report issued by private colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province has the characteristics of time limitation, dispersion of publishing path, difference of space, and regional nature of cultivating talents. At the same time, Shaanxi Province private colleges and universities undergraduate teaching quality report has the hidden path of release and the limitation of release time; the content of the report text exists problems such as highlight achievements, avoid the problem and so on. Then the author analyzes and compares 21 private universities in Shaanxi Province and 7 "211" universities in Shaanxi Province in 2013and 2014, and finds that there are common problems in the quality reports between "211" universities and private universities. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems, such as the influence of the current management system of higher education in China, the lack of supervision by the third party educational evaluation institutions and so on. On the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the quality report of undergraduate teaching in private colleges and universities, and attempts to improve the level of issuing reports on the quality of undergraduate teaching in private colleges and universities.
