高校教育基金会关联理事的筹资效应研究

【摘要】:近年来,高校教育基金会迅速发展,为高校的教学、科研提供了重要的资金支持。高校教育基金会的发展尤其依赖校友资源,为充分利用和管理校友资源,高校教育基金会和校友会之间存在普遍的关联理事设置,关联理事构建了高校教育基金会和校友会之间的资源交换渠道。然而,组织资源状况的改善是多因素作用的结果,关联理事的存在并不必然导致资源的跨界流动,深入研究关联理事建立对组织筹资能力的作用机制,探索高校教育基金会筹资能力提升的影响因素,对我国高校教育基金会突破资源约束,走出治理迷局具有重要参考价值。以88例高校教育基金会为研究样本,引入资源依赖理论、社会网络理论作为本文的理论基础,从关联理事幅度和关联理事强度两个方面分析高校教育基金会关联理事的筹资效应。研究结果显示:(1)关联幅度、理事长关联对筹资能力的影响并不显著;(2)秘书长关联与筹资能力显著负相关。研究结果表明包括理事长、秘书长在内的理事会成员没有为组织间的资源流动起到显著的推动作用。进一步的,分析了关联理事来源对基金会筹资能力的影响,结果显示,基金会理事长来源为校长时,关联幅度与筹资能力正相关,校长担任基金会理事长具有更强的资源动员效应;基金会秘书长来源为职能部门负责人时,秘书长关联与筹资能力显著负相关,秘书长专业背景与知识结构的匮乏,降低了高校教育基金会筹资能力。为提高关联理事的筹资能力,提出了应对策略:(1)高校教育基金会去行政化。(2)完善高校教育基金会理事激励机制。在区分关联理事来源的基础上,实施差异化的理事激励策略,并兼顾精神激励与物质激励;(3)完善高校教育基金会理事会结构。(4)促进高校教育基金会执行层专业化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, college education foundation has developed rapidly, which provides important financial support for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. The development of the university education foundation is especially dependent on the alumni resources. In order to make full use of and manage the alumni resources, there is a general association between the university education foundation and the alumni association. The associated director has constructed the resource exchange channel between the university education foundation and the alumni association. However, the improvement of the resource situation of the organization is the result of many factors, and the existence of the associated director does not necessarily lead to the cross-border flow of resources. It is of important reference value to explore the influencing factors of raising funds ability of college education foundation for our country to break through the resource restriction and get rid of the puzzle. Taking 88 college education foundations as the research sample, this paper introduces the theory of resource dependence and the theory of social network as the theoretical basis of this paper. This paper analyzes the financing effect of associated director of college education foundation from two aspects: the range of associated director and the intensity of associated director. The results of the study show that: 1) the extent of association, and the influence of director association on financing ability is not significant. (2) the relationship between Secretary-General and financing ability is significantly negative. The findings suggest that board members, including the president and secretary-general, have not contributed significantly to the flow of resources between organizations. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the influence of the associated director's source on the foundation's fund-raising ability. The results show that when the director of the foundation is the principal, the extent of association is positively related to the fund-raising ability. When the head of the foundation is the head of the functional department, there is a significant negative correlation between the relationship of the secretary general and the ability to raise funds, and the lack of professional background and knowledge structure of the secretary general. It reduces the ability of college education foundation to raise funds. In order to improve the financing ability of the associated directors, this paper puts forward the countermeasures: 1) deadministrating the university education foundation. 2) perfecting the incentive mechanism of the directors of the university education foundation. On the basis of distinguishing the sources of the associated directors, the paper implements the differentiated incentive strategy for the directors, and gives consideration to the spiritual and material incentives. 3) perfecting the structure of the board of directors of the university education foundation. 4) promoting the specialization of the executive layer of the university education foundation.
