大学章程的精神建构

【摘要】：大学章程建设是高校依法治校、科学发展以及完善中国特色现代大学制度的重要环节。在大学章程的实施和后续建设中,对大学章程内在精神的思考、凝练、建构和倡扬不可忽视,它将对大学章程完善乃至现代大学制度建设起到重要的价值导向、目标整合、凝聚力量和思想动员作用。大学章程的精神建构必须置于现代大学治理体系的背景中去加以认识。其中,学术自由精神是现代大学治理的核心,民主共治精神是现代大学治理的实质,依法治校精神是现代大学治理的基础,责任伦理精神是现代大学治理的归宿。
[Abstract]:The construction of university charter is an important link in the management of university by law, the scientific development and the perfection of modern university system with Chinese characteristics. In the implementation and subsequent construction of the university charter, the thinking, condensing, construction and promotion of the inner spirit of the university charter can not be ignored. It will play an important role in the improvement of the university charter and even in the modern university system construction. Agglomerate strength and function of ideological mobilization. The spiritual construction of university charter must be understood in the background of modern university governance system. Among them, the spirit of academic freedom is the core of modern university governance, the spirit of democratic co-governance is the essence of modern university governance, the spirit of governing by law is the foundation of modern university governance, and the spirit of responsibility and ethics is the end-result of modern university governance.
