【摘要】：正一所大学的学科专业特色往往是在漫长的发展历史中形成的。人才培养模式的创新是新建本科院校走特色发展之路的必然选择。新建本科高校由"新建"向"新型"转型是一项系统工程。经过本科教学工作合格评估后的新建本科院校都明晰了办学定位,在教学管理、师资队伍、教学条件、人才培养质量等方面均取得了显著的进步,目前正依据国家推动部分地方本科院校转型发展的要求,从"新建"向"新型"发展阶段迈进。在新的发展阶
[Abstract]:The specialties of a university are often formed in the long history of development. The innovation of talent training mode is the inevitable choice for new undergraduate colleges to take the road of characteristic development. It is a system engineering for new undergraduate colleges and universities to transform from new to new. The newly established colleges and universities, which have been assessed for the qualification of undergraduate teaching work, have made remarkable progress in terms of teaching management, teaching staff, teaching conditions, personnel training quality, and so on. At present, according to the national requirements of promoting the transformation and development of some local colleges and universities, we are moving forward from "new construction" to "new type" development stage.
