高校新教师专业发展需求现状与政策建议

【摘要】:使用自编的《高校新教师专业发展需求问卷》对上海市8所市属本科高校142名新教师进行调查,结果显示:整体而言,高校新教师专业发展需求程度高,且科学研究发展是"第一要务",新教师在科学研究发展方面的需求与其面临的科研压力、职称晋升压力和经济压力显著正相关;教书育人发展需求在环境适应程度上有显著差异,且与环境适应程度显著正相关;高校新教师面临的职称晋升问题不同,对改善学术环境和氛围的需求有显著差异;新教师是否为海归博士,对于提升教学技能需求有显著差异。高校要全方位提供服务,满足新教师各方面的专业发展需求并引导新教师把教书育人工作放在专业发展的首位,同时要构建新教师专业发展的促进机制,给新教师减压、赋能,提升他们的适应能力和抗压能力,帮助他们快速起跑,助推其专业发展。
[Abstract]:A self-designed questionnaire for the professional development needs of new teachers in colleges and universities was used to investigate 142 new teachers in 8 municipal colleges and universities in Shanghai. The results showed that the demand for professional development of new teachers in colleges and universities as a whole was high. And the development of scientific research is "the first priority". The demand of new teachers in scientific research and development is positively related to the pressure of scientific research, the pressure of professional title promotion and the pressure of economy. There are significant differences in the degree of environmental adaptation and positive correlation between the needs of teaching and educating people and the degree of environmental adaptation, the demand for the improvement of academic environment and atmosphere for the new teachers in colleges and universities is different in terms of the promotion of professional titles. Whether the new teacher is a Ph. D. returned from overseas, there are significant differences in the demand for improving teaching skills. Colleges and universities should provide all-round services to meet the needs of new teachers in all aspects of professional development and guide new teachers to put teaching and educating people in the first place of professional development. At the same time, they should set up a mechanism to promote the professional development of new teachers, so as to decompress and empower new teachers. Improve their adaptability and pressure resistance, help them to start quickly and promote their professional development.
