高校大学生思想政治教育工作中人文关怀研究

【摘要】：“人文关怀”是一个内涵相当丰富的概念,它与人的成长、人的价值、人的生存意义密切相关。思想政治教育工作要取得实效,在工作中必需从人出发,以人为重点,将这两方面融合起来,会使思想政治教育更具有针对性和感染力,进而促进大学生的全面发展。可是现阶段,因为多方面的原因,在高校思想政治教育工作中存在轻忽人文关怀的现象。笔者运用理论联系现实的方式并结合现阶段的高校思想政治教育工作的实际情况,对高校大学生思想政治教育工作中的人文关怀这一问题进行了研究。具体论述了选题目的、探究价值、国内外研究现状、研究内容与方式,进一步探讨了人文关怀的内涵以及大学生思想政治教育工作中的人文关怀的内涵及其主要的内容,进而论述了研究高校大学生思想政治教育工作中的人文关怀的意义和对现阶段我国高校大学生思想政治教育工作中人文关怀存在的问题及原因进行分析。最后,针对现阶段我国高校大学生思想政治教育工作中的存在的缺失问题提出改革思想政治理论课,并且提高高校教育者的人文关怀理念和人文素养,充分体现高校各种载体的作用,完善大学生心理健康机制和个别化教育机制的建设,完善大学生思想政治教育工作中的人文关怀沟通、回应机制,最重要的是创设一个量化评价体系等措施。通过以上的研究,重视高校思想政治教育中融入人文关怀的重要性,分析现阶段我国高校思想政治教育工作人文关怀工作的问题及原因,并提出相应的对策,这对高校思想政治工作的开展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:"Humanistic care" is a very rich concept, which is closely related to the growth of people, the value of human beings, and the significance of human existence. The ideological and political education should be effective and must start from the people and focus on the human, and integrate these two aspects, which will make the ideological and political education more pertinent and infectious, and further promote the ideological and political education. At the present stage, because of many reasons, there is a phenomenon of ignoring humanistic care in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. The author uses the theory to contact the reality and combines the actual situation of the ideological and political education at the present stage to the humanities in the ideological and political education of College students. The purpose of the concern is studied. The purpose of the topic, the value of the research, the present situation at home and abroad, the content and the way of research are discussed, and the connotation of humanistic care and the connotation and main contents of the humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students are further discussed, and then the ideological and political teaching of college students is discussed. The significance of humanistic care in the education work and the problems and reasons for the existence of humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students in our country at the present stage are analyzed. Finally, the ideological and political theory course of reform is put forward in view of the existing problems in the ideological and Political Education of college students in our country at the present stage, and the teaching of colleges and universities should be improved. The humanistic care concept and humanistic quality of the educator fully reflect the role of various carriers in Colleges and universities, perfect the construction of College Students' Psychological Health mechanism and individualized educational mechanism, improve the humanistic care communication and response mechanism in the ideological and political education of college students, and the most important thing is to create a quantitative evaluation system and so on. Research, attach importance to the importance of humanistic care in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, analyze the problems and reasons for the humanistic care work of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities at the present stage, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. This is of great theoretical meaning and practical significance to the development of ideological and political work in Colleges and universities.
