大学理工科教师的职业发展需要——基于“2014中国大学教师调查”开放题的分析

【摘要】：职业需要是人们从事某种职业的内在动力的源泉。从接受调查的理工科教师在开放题中填写的答案中得到,从事学术职业的中国大学理工科教师,在生存状态、工作条件、评价考核、组织环境等方面具有特殊的职业需要。但这些职业需要在现实中并没有得到较好地满足。原因是,职业变革、学术制度、治理结构均与大学教师的职业需要存在着矛盾。本文提出,我们可尝试改变大学教师的评价制度、组织保障、地位感知、管理结构,充分理解、尊重并尽可能满足大学教师的职业及职业发展的需要。
[Abstract]:Professional needs are the source of internal motivation for people to engage in certain occupations. From the answers filled out in the open questions by the science and engineering teachers surveyed, the Chinese university science and engineering teachers engaged in academic profession have special professional needs in the aspects of living conditions, working conditions, evaluation and assessment, organizational environment, etc. But these professional needs are not well met in reality. The reason is that the professional change, academic system and governance structure are contradictory with the professional needs of university teachers. This paper suggests that we can try to change the evaluation system of university teachers, organize the guarantee, perceive the position, manage the structure, fully understand, respect and meet the needs of university teachers' professional and professional development as far as possible.
