【摘要】：高校辅导员是高校思想政治教育工作的核心力量之一,是大学生日常思想政治教育的管理者、组织者、指导者,所以,高校辅导员的职业素养和精神品格的整体水平与高校思想政治教育工作的效果呈正向关系。大学生的健康成长需要辅导员具备高尚的职业精神品质。随着高校辅导员队伍的不断壮大,职业化、专业化的要求也水涨船高,辅导员队伍的职业精神现状如何?辅导员应具备何种职业精神?如何探索出一条辅导员职业精神培养路径?这些都是高校辅导员队伍建设急需解决的问题。基于以上问题,本文在充分借鉴前人研究的基础上,以马克思主义理论为指导,坚持理论联系实际的原则,运用调查研究、文献分析等研究方法尝试对高校辅导员职业精神培育现状及存在问题予以梳理、分析,并对进一步探索辅导员队伍职业精神培育路径提出可行性建议。首先,本文界定了辅导员职业精神的相关概念,详细分析了辅导员职业精神的构成要素,从辅导员自身全面发展、高校人才培养和社会竞争三个方面阐述培育辅导员职业精神的必要性。其次,通过对辅导员职业精神现状的调查研究,明确当前高校辅导员队伍职业精神培育存在的问题,从辅导员自身、高校管理、社会认可和时代背景四个层面分析其原因。最后,以辅导员自身发展、高校环境保障、社会舆论引导三点作为剖面,探索辅导员职业精神培育可行性路径。辅导员职业精神培育是一项复杂、艰巨的任务,做好这项工作需要明确辅导员职业精神的构成要素,并且深入分析当前辅导员队伍职业精神培育存在问题,并从个人、学校、社会三大方面探讨辅导员职业精神培育方案。
[Abstract]:College counselor is one of the core forces of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. It is the administrator, organizer and instructor of College Students' daily ideological and political education. Therefore, the overall level of the professional quality and spiritual character of college counselors has a positive relationship with the effect of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The instructor has the noble professional spirit quality. With the continuous expansion of the college counselor team, the professional and professional requirements are also rising, what is the professional spirit of the counselor team? What kind of professional spirit should the counselors have? How to explore the training path of the Counselor's professional spirit? These are the construction of college counselors. Based on the above problems, based on the above problems, this paper, on the basis of the predecessors' research, guided by the theory of Marx doctrine, persisted in the principle of connecting the theory with the reality, and used the research methods of investigation and literature analysis to try to sort out the status and problems of the professional spiritual cultivation of college counselors. First, this paper defines the relevant concepts of the professional spirit of the counselor, analyzes the elements of the professional spirit of the counselor in detail, and expounds the necessity of cultivating the professional spirit of the counselor from three aspects: the all-round development of the counselor itself, the training of the college talents and the social competition. Secondly, through the investigation and Research on the status of the Counselor's professional spirit, this paper makes clear the existing problems of the professional spirit cultivation of the college counselor team at four levels, from the counselors themselves, the university management, the social recognition and the background of the times. Finally, it takes the instructor's own development, the environmental protection of the University and the guidance of the social public opinion as the three points. It is a complex and arduous task to cultivate the professional spirit of the counselor. It needs to make clear the elements of the professional spirit of the counselor, and deeply analyze the problems of the professional spirit cultivation of the current counselor team, and discuss the three aspects from the individual, the school and the society.
