“欧洲高等教育区”学生流动发展现状及启示

【摘要】：随着知识经济时代全球人才争夺战的日趋白热化,跨境学生流动作为经济全球化的结果,呈现出迅猛发展的态势。面对竞争与合作并存的国际局势,欧洲实施了革命性的区域高等教育改革,历经数十年博洛尼亚进程建成了欧洲高等教育区。学生流动作为欧洲高等教育区建设的核心目标,取得了一系列新进展。本文介绍了欧洲高等教育区学生流动的目标设定,分析了欧洲高等教育区学生流动的最新进展和阻碍因素,探讨了欧洲高等教育区学生流动的未来走向。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce global talent competition in the era of knowledge economy, cross-border student mobility, as the result of economic globalization, has shown a rapid development trend. Facing the international situation of the coexistence of competition and cooperation, Europe has implemented the revolutionary reform of regional higher education. After decades of Bologna process, the European higher education area has been established. Student mobility, as the core goal of the construction of European higher education area, has made a series of new progress. This paper introduces the goal setting of student mobility in European higher education area, analyzes the latest progress and hindrance factors of student mobility in European higher education area, and probes into the future trend of student mobility in European higher education area.
