实习教师自我效能与职业认同的相关性研究

【摘要】：教育实习是师范院校重要的教师教育实践课程,是教师学习的开端。通过教育实习应该改变实习教师的自我效能与职业认同。本研究通过教育实习工作量、实习教师满意度、实习教师自我效能以及实习教师职业认同感的调查,发现充分的工作与令人满意的指导共同影响实习教师的自我效能,实习教师的实习满意度影响实习教师的职业认同,自我效能感在教育实习满意度与职业认同中起到中介作用。因此,在职前教师培养中应确立将实践、反思、指导作为教育实习的关键要素,建立发展性的教育实习方案与评估体系,建立实习指导教师的遴选、培训、人事管理制度。
[Abstract]:Teaching practice is an important practical course for teachers in normal colleges and universities, and it is the beginning of teachers' study. The teaching practice should change the teachers' self-efficacy and professional identity. Through the investigation of the workload of teaching practice, the satisfaction of intern teachers, the self-efficacy of intern teachers and the professional identity of intern teachers, it is found that adequate work and satisfactory guidance affect the self-efficacy of intern teachers. The satisfaction degree of intern teachers affects the professional identity of intern teachers, and self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the satisfaction of educational practice and professional identity. Therefore, the training of pre-service teachers should establish practice, reflection and guidance as the key elements of educational practice, establish a developmental system of educational practice and evaluation, and establish the system of selection, training and personnel management of practical guidance teachers.
