高校专业硕士科技创新创业人才培养研究

【摘要】：在"大众创业、万众创新"的大背景下,高校专业硕士的培养如何适应科技创新创业的要求,围绕这个问题,结合培养实践展开研究。首先要培养专业硕士的创新精神和创新思维,使他们的头脑中牢固树立科技创新创业的理念。在导师团队的指导下,通过科技平台的创新实践,培育专业硕士科技创新创业潜能,努力提升他们的工程实践能力,在创新教育中培养创业人才,在承担国家振兴重任的同时,进一步体现个人的人生价值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Mass Entrepreneurship, Mass Innovation", how to train professional masters in colleges and universities to adapt to the requirements of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship, the research is carried out on the basis of this question and combined with training practice. First of all, it is necessary to cultivate the innovative spirit and innovative thinking of professional masters, so that they can firmly establish the idea of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship in their minds. Under the guidance of the tutors' team, through the innovation practice of the scientific and technological platform, we can cultivate the potential of the professional master's scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship, strive to improve their engineering practice ability, train the entrepreneurial talents in the innovation education, and undertake the important task of national rejuvenation at the same time. Further reflect the personal value of life.
